Even so!!! Just the idea of RISKING 4 of their captains' bankai at once is pretty crazy IMO. Besides there is no guarantee that they could un-seal them even if that was all that was done to them. I know they had to risk something but I just don't see why they had to risk so many at once, on the first confrontation. =/

Yeah... I wonder what's the case with Ichigo though? I hope Ivan could not steal his bankai because of his inner Hollow. Because if so, then it gives a chance for the Vizard captains to go bankai :3

Could be, it would be a good way to bring back the remaining Vizards too and add some kind of "x-factor" that isn't Ichigo. But part of me thinks ichigo is a "special case" due to him being half-shinigami and half-"human" (I put human in quotation marks because we know close to nothing about Masaki), he's also a vizard, and a former fullbringer.

Thing is, all four battles are happening at once. You don't expect like, Byakuya to go bankai, gets his bankai stolen then walkie talkie that info to the other Captains, do you? They're not even in close proximity to one another either. And they're probably prepared with the idea of "fighting without bankai" they're sure to come with a backup plan. At least, with Byakuya and Soi Fon, I can see Kido and shunko.

I just facepalmed big time at this chapter.
FOUR captains willingly gave up their bankai! >.>
I hope it'll make the fights interesting, and not just curb stop, now.

I'm hoping that Mayuri made some kind of fakes for the captains to trick the SS SR with.
But most likely, he didn't, so....
At least Byakuya and Soifon are still freakin' deadly without they're bankai.
If the SS SR were really smart, they would have stolen the captains' shikai too.

Actually, Byakuya and Soifon are pretty dealy even with just they're shikai to fight with, kind of like me.

Komamura and Hitsugaya take more of a blow to they're capabilities.
Since they're captains, they can still fight pretty well.
But I think this is going to make the battle a lot tougher for them.

Seeing Hitsugaya maybe use some Kido would be cool.
And Komamura might use a couple cool Hakuda techniques.

Don't forget last chapter. The normal shinigami were pretty much massacred by the Quincy right off the bat, so it's only logical Captains start going around. Even Yamamoto has made his move.

Byakuya I've lost almost all respect for, though he earned some points back by making the correct analysis of the Stern Ritter's technique. Hitsugaya actually still has most of his because he made the correct analysis and kept a level enough head to send out the order so that others wouldn't make the same mistake. But god dammit you idiots, what the hell did you think would happen?! "Oh look, it's a Bankai, I'd better roll over and die now, hur hur derp derp"?

I think Renji was right in going bankai... It does seem that they were able to only steal one bankai. Looking back, when the long haired guy found Ivan's medallion, he said that it looked like it has been used, but unable to steal Ichigo's bankai. Which could mean only one per medallion.

... Unless, of course, the SR were carrying a truckload more medallions inside their pockets.

But then again, it seems as if Squad 12 are analyzing the whole thing, so I have my hopes that they can use bankai again in at least one day. Which in the Bleach universe is equal to... 4 months of chapters?

Is it me or does Mayuri's Ashisogi Jizo's guard look even larger? o.o

Ichigo might not even have his inner hollow anymore, it's weird. It's a shame that Kubo hasn't really explained that a lot, but he has a tendency to shaft HIchigo. But I figure the Vaizards are immune somehow, otherwise it would be pointless; but then it's a case of who will do it first. I guess in this case, at least one person has to try it - either he can do it, and all the other Vaizards go bankai; or it's taken and that's just one more bankai stolen (not like he was even going to use it).

The songs are arranged slightly differently which gives them a new flavor, even in addition to the seiyuu vocals. But the songs themselves are still really nostalgic, especially the early ones.

And before you ask if I pirated them -- no I did not. I do not pirate music that I put on my mp3 player anymore. All music I have is now legally purchased only -- no exceptions.

Possibly, though I have a feeling that it's more unique to Ichigo himself. For example, among a bunch of the rumours I saw, I remember one that "Ichigo was a 'true blood'" or something; linking either to Isshin, Masaki, or both. Though the "Ichigo was stronger" thing could work?

I used to love it too, up until my dad started shopping. If there's a peanut butter variant of a cookie, cereal, ice cream, he'll buy it and get mad at us for not eating it.
