PokeRadar means chained. You chained that one, so no it won't work.

... It is possible to get shinies in non-shiny patches.
What he said matches the description.

There's two ways to look at it:

A.) If the PokeRadar increased the chances of finding a shiny, regardless of whether it was in a shiny patch or not, then it's a chained shiny by definition.

B.) If the shiny he got was NOT due to increased chances from the PokeRadar, and rather simply out of sheer dumb luck, then it's not a chained shiny, but it was also NOT thanks to the PokeRadar. It was simply a fortunate circumstance.

PokeRadar = Chained. End of story.

    Hum, no.
If the shiny was not in a shiny patch, it was found with the regular 1/8192 chances.
If the chances of shiny were affected by the Pokéradar, then it would have been in a shiny patch.

And I know what I'm talking about.

Sorry to keep the discusion going, but I'm actually asking for my friend. He hacks, like, alot. And he isn't going to give up all hacking, so I wanted to know which will most likely hurt his game so he can be atleast a little protected by not useing those hacks.

Edit: To be clear, I'm asking the "which hacks are more dangerous" question, for a friend. Asking if hacks carry over was for me. I thought that might not be clear.

    Hi guys,
I'm wondering: it is better to evolve nidorino by moon stone into nidoking as soon as possible or wait with evolution. how about the stats?

    @Down: ok, thanks.

You can only evolve Nidorino with a Moon Stone and same with Nidorina- I figures that out the hard way on LG I trained them both to LV65 before I realised. I'd say train it to around Lv 35-40 before using the stone so it has some power as the last in the evolutionary series but still has room for more powerful moves. As for stats, well I don't know as stats aren't one of my main concerns.

I think he meant should he evolve now or wait.

Horn Drill is learned by Nidorino @ Lv58. If you want that move, wait until then. Nidoking is a great TM user though, so it's personal preference.

Basically this. Take a look on the main site at Nidorino's moves, and see which ones you want. Evolve him once you learn them, as Nidoking is a much better pokemon.

We can't arrange it on this site. But there are other sites/services that don't ban you for promoting hacking/Rom a Nintendo DS.

I was wondering if anyone knows if it matters how much you water the berries you plant. You shake the can like 7xs before it ends automatically, but does it help them grow better to let the sprite do all 7 shakes opposed to doing 1 and moving on to the next berry?

I was figuring each shake probably kept it 'watered' for an hour, but dont have anything to base that on, and have no idea if Im right.

    Thanks!

I've a question concerning Fishing in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Does Repel/Super Repel/Max Repel affect Pokemon that appear by Fishing? I mean to say, can I still find an Octillery or any other Pokemon in Sunyshore City while Fishing with Repel in effect? I haven't found anything in the last 4 minutes so it worries me, also, I'm just slightly curious since I'm not sure if Repel affects encounter rates of Rock Smash Pokemon either.

And I'd just let it fully water whichever pot you're watering. It only takes a minute...

Interesting. I normally let it do 6 of the 7, so it doesnt stop on its own, and I can just movew into the next berry and keep watering away.

    Thanks!
