I chose Chimchar this time because I am trying to be different, as I always start with Turtwig. I am really liking Chimchar!

I accept nothing less than perfection from my pokemon and treat them like the inanimate objects that they are. ...But I do love inanimate objects. ^__^;

I choose Piplup because it evolves into Empoleon, which is an awesome Water type Pokemon.

I was horribly stereotypical and chose Piplup.
And though I love my Empoleon dearly I eventually realized I loved the other two starters too... so had a Turtwig and a Chimchar traded over to my Platinum game.

I thought Empoleon looked really cool and I like how it is Steel-type. So I chose Piplup.
Too bad it only was useful after Prinplup evolved, took some time.

Would have taken Chimchar on Platinum since I always choose Fires. But I really, really hate the flaming monkey, so I decided to try something else and chose Turtwig. My Turtwig is now a Torterra and I am proud of him.
I sometimes use "uber" Pokémon. I sometimes calculate stat values. I never use cheating devices. I sometimes try to breed my way to perfection (and maybe fail), and I care about natures to an extent. But I like my Pokémon the way they are, and treat them like individuals instead of brainless drones. If you use this philosophy, copy & paste this into your signature.
