I wonder if the Ixodida and Deoxys are related. They are both from space, they both have gems in thier middle, the both have different forms and thier names are similar, though that last one must be a conicidence. Doexys is a space virus that was hit by some sort of ray and the Ixodida is a paracite. Too close to be a conicidence.
