Theres tons of usable pokemon with those 3 types.

Scizor, Forretress, Escavalier, Golurk, Gengar, Frosslass, Shedinja, Ninjask, Leavanny (Seriously, Scarfed own tempo petal dance is broken ****), Drifblim, Dusknoir, Scrafty, Bisharp, Krookodile, Hydreigon, Genesect, Honchcrow, Murkrow, ect...

Non Pokemon should not be even put for voting. By being a Pokemon clan we assume everyone has pokemon games, but we cant do tourneys based on other games, unless its a paralel one.
