You heard me right, this counts for legendaries that aren't even OU. Reason? None of them use legendaries! Everyone battling everyone takes forever (speaking from experience) so i'm thinking of just doing a normal bracket, though we might pick a method to narrow it down to 8 since this clearly seems to draw more than 8 entrants. Also, we're probably going to debate the Bo3, so again this isnt for sure yet. I'll start posting all the stuff as to who can be picked and what not soon or when i get the chance, going to a college fair tonight for about 2 hours

Plus it's more realistic to battle gym leaders who don't have legendaries at all.

legendaries as in birds, beasts, regis, pixies, latis, genies, mews, ho oh, lugia, celebi, weather trio, deoxys, jirachi, regigigas, tran, dragon trio, darkrai, cresselia, arceus, shaymin, manaphy, phione, victini, muskedeers, tao trio, meleotta AND *breathes* genesect. And if i forgot any, have fun. And before i get any rotoms are legendary or volcaronas are legendary, no they aren't. Deal with it

Pokemon world tournament in BW2. We're doing a tournament styled like it.
I'm going to try and make each character's rules, see how everyone likes it, and start sign ups. With that, i'll start rule making for each character
