Champ - 10/10 You named it because of its vigor, I like that! XD Good name, could have more too it, but considering how special it is, I think it works great.
Gyakusatsu - 6/10 "Gyaku" alone would be great, the "satsu" after it is too much.
Powerhouse - 1/10 Not a nickname, more of a term to describe it, especially because "power" and "house" are two different words. Doesn't work at all and I think worthy of a much better name.
Shisa - 7/0 Add more after it and it would be a 10. (It's a girl right?)

Shoryuashi - 5/10 Falls in the same trap as Gyarados. Too wordy for such a long name. Splitting it up would be better. I like how creative you're being though.
Fenrir - 10/10 A recognizable, good nickname that is still unique. Fits it well!
Dragonfly - 1/10 How does this work? XD

Shoryuken - 7.5/10 Not too bad, too many syllables though for a nickname.
Vee-dub - 1.5/10 Just doesn't fit this Pokemon well. Looks odd and flows odd too.
Dood - 1/10 Doesn't fit this noble Pokemon. It's too simple and "dumb" sounding.
Justice - Great name. 10/10 Sounds great that also fits this Pokemon.
Khafra - 10/10 Original, fits, flows and looks great.

Bit 64 - 1.5/10 The "Bit" is good, but numbers are a no-no!!
Egregore - 10/10 Original, and even though its long, it flows well so it works!
Hovercomp - 2/10 Two words combined just does not work sometimes.
Shi 108 - 1.5/10 No numbers! Add more to the Shi perhaps?
Glitterimp - 3/10 Another case where two words don't make the best name. Tossing the "p" for Glitterim would be a 10/10 (Amazing how one letter makes a difference! Don't you think?)
Lansy - 8/10 Not too shabby. It works.

Darren - 6/10 Not bad, but needs to be spiffed up.
Oscar - 5/10 Same as above.
Ganmen - 8/10 Creative name, flows well.

Sorry if it seems I got a bit "lazy" as I went on but you had a LOT of names I needed to look at.

I have only two pokemon with nicknames:

Treecko: Torcko

Hariyama: Hoyama

The thing with nicknames is that you have to plan for its evolutions, so you're really naming the final evolution.

So in this case, Torcko would be a Sceptile. Unless you have it as a Little Cup team or something so it will always be a Treecko.

Torcko - 5/10 Not bad, but could be a lot better. Hard to rate because I'm confused about the Treecko/Sceptile thing.
Hoyama - 9/10 Matches the Pokemon well and sounds great.

Death Star - 3/10 A Starmie isn't what comes to mind when I think of the word "death". XD It doesn't work.
Gladiator - 8/10 Ok nickname for the Gallade. Sounds good, but less of a name and more of a "thing".
Terminator - 6/10 Same as above.
Assassin - 4/10 Same as above.
Frosty - 1/10 Too cliche/unoriginal.
Wave - 6/10 It works ok, but could be better.

Try to toy with the names and words more instead of sticking with what comes to mind first. That's what I suggest.

As a "rule" human names are awful on Pokemon. But Ella works well, so 10/10 for Ella.

Everyone else 1/10. As for Aquaarmor, two words combined doesn't work either.

Your nicknames suck for the most part, but that's just because you're changing/adding letters or being redundant. Try a little more originality. For example, naming a Dusknoir Unibrow would be better, as it's a reference to its one eye. Granted, I'm probably a hypocrite with some of the names I'm presenting, but Platinum was really the first time I started regularly nicknaming my Pokemon.

Came up with the name because it's part of Gyarados's name; it means 'destruction', so I think it suits Gyarados quite fine.
