    Ludicolo: Poncho! (Mexican name)
    Electivire: Megawat

Shiny Luxray: Rinnegan (Because it's eyes looks like the Rinnegan from Naruto)
    Shiny Machamp: Hulk
Shiny Umbreon: Tsukuyomi (Moon Phase an ultiamte jutsu from Itachi in Naruto)
Shiftry: Jiraiya (Same pose same hair same shoes damn)

Lets see... my best names have to be....

    Flygon (F): Zola
    Luxray (F): Khallayne

    Salamence (M): Savage
    Lucario (M): Noble

About the last two, that is a VERY obscure reference to a show that probably none of you have ever seen. If you do, +10 hardcore fan points!

Just a few names I've given:
    Yuci- Empoleon
    Sandi- Lopunny
    Yeigou- Roserade
    Esdi- Rampardos
    Uii- Milotic
    Muny- Munchlax
    Cei- Dialga
    Ri- Riolu
Mattress- Snorlax (Trainer's Mattress was burned! x3)
    Mekiu- Mesprit
    Yora- Azelf
    Tuye- Uxie
    Paperclips- Magneton
    Bahamut- Rayquaza
    Mr.Wiggles- Rayquaza
    ImAFairy- Rayquaza
    Aeon- Blaziken
    Un-Articuno
    Deux- Zapdos
    Trois- Moltres
    Rrisg- Regigigas
Celeste- Rotom (From the Mary Celeste tale)
    Aeth- Kabutops
    Auque- Omastar
    Aerre- Aerodactyl
    Yukonna-Froslass
    Cioci- Umbreon
    Psaika- Espeon
    Dicet- Glaceon
    Khemst- Flareon
    Einjyn- Jolteon
    Sieco- Vaporeon
    Mary-Mareep
    Pyrra- Anorith
    Giya- Lileep
    Buu- Hariyama
    Eteau- Leafeon
    (Genders?)

Yuci - 5/10 Original, but I don't think it fits an Empoleon well. Maybe if more was added to it?
Sandi - 8/10 Not very original, but fits a Lopunny well.
Yeigou - 10/10 Original name that looks interesting too.
Esdi - 7.5/10 Again, unique name. A little "soft" for a hardy Rampardos, but I like your style.
Uii - 2/10 Very strange sounding and looking. I don't think it fits a majestic Miltoic at all!
Muny - Cute as a Munchlax but It'll be a Snorlax so... 6.5/10 Still good as a Snorlax name, still fits, but not the best.
Cei - 4/10 Again, I like the creative direction, but a simple name doesn't fit a legendary dragon. If the name were more complex then yes.
Ri - Remember its not a Riolu you're naming (unless its a Little Cup Pokemon) its a Lucario you're ultimately naming. In this case 7/10 A sharp name like this works great with a fighting, regal Lucario.
Mattress - Is it female? Ok if female, still a really weird name...lol. Uh, 5/10? I almost didn't rate this though haha.
Mekiu - 10/10 Fits it perfect!
    Yora - 10/10!
    Tuye - 10/10!
Paperclips - 1/10 Just...no. :x Things as names (like mattress) not to good usually.
Bahamut - 10/10 Great muscly name for this dragon.
    Wiggles, ImAFairy - 1/10
Aeon - Cool name for a cool (hot?) Pokemon.
Un - 1/10 Just doesn't work for a majestic legendary bird. Sounds bad, looks weird.
Deux - 1/10 Same as above, (since its ultimately a cooling looking "Do")
Trois - 2/10 Looks nice, but doesn't sound great.
    (Yes I get the 1, 2, 3)
Risg - 4/10 Interesting, but the flow of the name just can't get pulled off.
Celeste - 9/10 Great nickname, but for a Rotom? Sure.
Aeth - 6.5/10 Looks cool, but the "th" kinda ruins it. Its dull for a sharp Pokemon!
    Auque - 9.5/10 Nice.
    Aerre - 9.5
    Yukonna - 10/10
    Cioci - 7.5/10
    Psaika - 8/10
    Dicet - 3/10
    Khemst - 4/10
    Einjyn - 10/10 Love it.
    Sieco - 7.5/10
    Mary - (Ampharos) 3/10
    Pyrra - 10/10
    Giya - 8/10
    Buu - 7/10
    Etaeu - 8/10

Waaay to many names to give individual detail, hope you understand.

    Kyogre-Jyogre
Salamance-Lance - 8/10 A little cliche, but works ok here.
    Giratina-Fearmonger - 2/10 Not great as a name itself.
Togepi-Togepie - 1/10 (Togekiss ultimaltey) (Pi? Pie?) Same thing.
    Regice-Regifreeze
    Registeel-Regimech
    Regirock-Registone
    Regigigas-Regigiant

    Humphrey (Camerupt-M)
    Platinum:
Ni (Torterra-M) 1/10 Two letters names don't work well, espcially for a mighty Torterra. Looks simple, sounds to simple.
Sturm (Staraptor-M) 3/10 Original, but sounds too "ugly" for a speedy bird.
Zelda (Floatzel-F) 10/10 Great nickname, fits it well.
Spike (Jolteon-M) 7.5/10 Cliche, but works.
Damien (Houndoom-M) 8/10 Fits Houndoom well, a little to human, maybe if it was changed slightly it would be perfect.
Alice (Mismagius-F) 9/10 Human again, but the mystique of the name works along with it.

    Emerald:
Reed (Sceptile-M) 10/10 Great nickname that fits what Sceptile is.
Nami (Pelipper-F) 7/10 "Thin" sounding name for a bulky Pelipper, but original.
Belle (Gardevoir-F 8.5/10 Great nickname, just a little to cliche.
Gatsby (Hariyama-M) 10/10 Great burly name, book reference!
    Larxene (Manectric-F) 10/10 Creative
    Humphrey (Camerupt-M) Haha, 9/10.

1/10 for all but Titano, who gets 10/10. Titano is a fitting nickname for an Infernape that looks and sounds great.

    Nightmare - Rapidash[F]
    Liger Zero - Luxray[F]
    Solarwind - Tropius[F]
    Waverider - Empoleon[M]
Zero Jager - Shinx[F] - Zero is good for [Luxray], but as you have it, 1/10.
Mastodon - Mamoswine[M] 2/10 "don" makes it sound too much like a Pokemon name, rather than an nickname.
    E. Honda - Hariyama[M] Haha I get it. 10/10
Nightmare - Rapidash[F] I see what you did thar. Buut, cliche nickname and Rapidash is very sunny. 3/10
Liger Zero - Luxray[F] Two word nicknames don't work well usually. 4.5/10
    Solarwind - Tropius[F] 3/10
Waverider - Empoleon[M] Two words combined doesn't usually mix well for a nickname. 1/10

    Stealth Rock Sweeper Team
Heatran (M) - De-myX. Irony of a water users name for a fire type Pokemon
Tyranitar (F) - Mad-reaX. a loose spelling on Madre which is mother in italian apparently.
    Electrivire (M) - Xam-eios. Just a name i liked for him
Magmortar (F) - Fi-raX. Obvious choice if you play Final Fantasy
Scizor (F) - Et-aX. My friend loves tea so... anagram.
Raichu (F) - Xolotl. Aztec god of thunder.
Because you have a reason to name them the way you do, I'll just rate the team as a whole. Very unique, but looking at them as Pokemon and teammates rather than fighting things, not very good except for Xolotl. The capital "X" is very off-putting at the end too. Most sound good (silent X assuming) Kudos to the uniqueness though. As a whole: 5.5/10

    Ambipom=Aiai(Super monkey ball)
    Porygon-Z=VirtuDuck
    Skarmory=Tweety
    Infernape=Beat

And that's pretty much it. Some of the very bad I left out (Metagross=Steel).
Aiai is the only one I can worthily rate, 10/10. It's a great nickname. Beat gets a 2/10.

All others are childish nicknames that need more care and creativity.

    - Alfonso (if a boy)
    - Davis
Bantley & Wanda - 10/10 Great nicknames they fit well.
Lat - 1/10 Way to simple, needed a lot more thought instead of shortening its name.
    Effie - 3.5/10 Just doesn't fit a dragon well.
    Bronie - 3.5/10
    Davis & Alfonso - 1/10, too human.

Dos the Gyarados. Very unimaginative but it is a part of its name and i called it dos cause it was my second magikarp and dos means two in spanish.

The Brain the Alakazam. The pokédex say's its brain is huge so there is some connection. Also it matches my next pokemon.

Pinky the Scizor. Familiar? Pinky and The Brain. Always the ones who go out in double battle's plus Pinky is a physical attacker and The Brain is a special. Pinky as in pink has no connection for Scizor's color so dont connect the color.

L-Bow the Gallade. Wanted something clever and something that has a connection to the pokemon itself in this case its couse Gallade has rather big elbows and to say el you say L so i put it together and got a fun combination.

Battery the Elctivire. You can easily see the connection here right?
Terra - 2/10 Could be a good name on something else, but because its just a shortened version of its name. :/
Dos - 1/10 Too simple for a ferocious Gyarados!
The Brain - 2.5/10 Nicknamed Pokemon are not "things" so the "The" doesn't work at all. As for Brain, you'd think it fits, but not very creative. You just took it from its 'dex entry.
Pinky - 1/10 Poor Scizor named, ultimately, after Alakazam. It has no identity and Pinky is well, a sad name for a Scizor!
    L-Bow - 1/10 Elbow? Doesn't work.
    Battery - 1/10 A battery is a thing and doesn't work as a name.

You're scores are low because you're taking the "wrong" approach to naming your teammate. Yea some are "cleaver" but really they're just childish, unoriginal and lack any creativity. Your Pokemon aren't "things".

    Ludicolo- Totem
Yuki - Cute name for an Ambipom, a little cliche. 8.5/10
    Hina - Same as above.
Siorus - 10/10 Creative and fitting.
Totem - 5/10 I see how it can fit, but it could be a lot better. Still not bad.

10 smartness points if you recognize the language
    Sorry, don't recognize it.

Ferrum -7.5/10 Needs a bit more pizzaz for a fighting Lucario.
Extraho - 5/10 Unique, but the striking difference in syllables is off-putting.
    Obscurum - 2/10 Sounds like a Periodic Element. ^^
    Glacies - 2/10 Too cliche.
Paludis - 8/10 Unique, odd fitting though.

Empoleon: Big Z (The legendary surfin penguin from Surf's Up the movie) I was thinkin on Tank Evans but I dunno
    Heatran: Ifrit
    Zapdos: Ramuh
    Salamence: Bahamut
    Shiny Arcanine: Raijin
Shiny Lucario: Sumilidon (A medabot yellow with same black ears as lucario)
Staraptor: Starhawk just added the hawk thing
    Shiny Aipom: Pompom

    I guess that's it how's that?
Samehada - 3/10 What the name means isn't what makes the name "great". It's how it looks, sounds and fits the Pokemon.
Arcbeetle - 1/10 Ultimately two words mixed into one, doesn't work for a name.
Poncho - 10/10 My friend named their Ludicolo this too! I always loved it. Fits well. (I hope the "!" isn't part of the name though, that's a big no-no.
Megawat - Hmm, 6/10. Could be more creative, but works ok here.
Kairyu - 7/10 Sounds fine, looks too odd.
Rinnegen - 9/10 (Hard "g"?) If so, its great.
Hulk - 4/10 Unoriginal/cliche. Add more too it to personalize it.
Tsukuyomi - 3/10 Use one half or the other, together is too many syllables for a nickname.
    Jiraiya - 10/10 Perfect. Captures Shifty's essence.
    Big Z - 1/10
    Ifrit - 3.5/10
    Ramuh - 4/10
    Bahamut - 4/10
Raijin - 10/10 Great nickname. Creative.
Sumilidon - "don" makes it sound like a Pokemon itself. 2/10
Starhawk - 1/10 Exactly like you said, you just changed the last part.
Pompom - 1.5/10 Same as above, pretty much.

Basically, you think you pick the "perfect" nickname because of characters or weapons, but I don't rate based on what it means, because no one else would understand unless you told them. So that's why they were rated the way they were.

About the last two, that is a VERY obscure reference to a show that probably none of you have ever seen. If you do, +10 hardcore fan points!

    @ Eon Master: Greek?
Zola - 10/10 Great Flygon nickname.
Khallayne - 9/10 Sounds great, I can see a Luxray named this fine. Looks a bit to busy written out.
Savage - 6/10 Works well, but since its just an adjective it doesn't fit all that well.
Noble - 7/10 Similar as above, but fits a Lucario great. Just a little too simple.
