    After getting all five monuments, go back to Shikurere Monument and Lati@s will fly by. Go back in the air and it will challenge you

    Latios has two special traits. First, you can double tap it to boost while flying. Second, it has its own assist similar to Pichu in which it creates a cyclone that taps all Pokémon
