This game sure looks awesome, with Mewtwo & Ho-Oh. I heard Phione is in it too? Great! I hope some special mission for Lugia but I doubt it.

I've tried to catch Honchkrow by sneaking up but it doesn't work, he's too fast, any advice ?

Could there be a possibility of Lugia being the main boss (or, at least, A boss) for the next Ranger title? They're probably trying not to exhaust ALL possible [Legendary] Pokemon for bosses... There have yet to be any signs of the 4th Gen Pixies and Giratina, too.
All in all, though, this game has a magnificent amount of [Legendary] Bosses as it is, so Lugia can easily have its time to shine come next Ranger, the way I see it. They HAVE to be holding off on it for a reason.

About Arceus, I remember seeing him after doing the Tangrowth multiplayer challenge.

Honchkrow and Togekiss seem impossible to reach, they're both so fast it's ridiculous.

I'm glad Serebii discovered a few more Pokemon, I was a bit disappointed since Togepi didn't appear to be in the games, but I'm loving the whole Arceus as a Boss situation!

By the way, have rom dumpers found any more Wi-Fi missions or is it "just" the four?

Although I'd love that idea, I don't see it happening. So far there are a lot of Pokemon able to be tranferred to other games in Ranger 3 (Deoxys all 4 formes, Manaphy's Egg, Heatran, Shaymin) so I don't think they added any more. If I remember correctly, there have been only 6 WonderCards discovered in the game's data.

There are indeed only 6 wondercards in the game (4 for the Deoxys forms, 1 for Heatran and 1 for Shaymin). The Manaphy egg has never needed a wondercard for any of the Ranger games, because the main Pokemon games had a built-in function for those.

I looked at the dumped Heatran wondercard myself, and it appears that the Eruption Heatran is always Quiet (it has a set PID of 505E03A0). All the other Pokemon can have any nature.

All the Pokemon from Ranger 3 have the Classic Ribbon attached as well.

Well certainly I've been playing around with catching those Rare flying Pokemon, but WOW! I encountered Skarmory like 4 times, Pidgeot about 5 times, Driftblim once, Chatot once, but I never encountered Togekiss nor Honchkrow....*gets on Latias*

Hopefully the quest list will be added soon... Having a mother who forgot her Japanese is really awful...

What moves can the other two Deoxys forms have? I know Attack Forme gets Meteor Mash and Defense Forme gets Detect, but what about Speed and Normal Formes?

Nothing special at all. Apparently to get the Meteor Mash Attack Deoxys you have to beat the mission and recieve an 'S' Rank in doing so (and 'A' Rank gets Detect Defense Deoxys). That is why they are pushing it as a multiplayer mission, because to recieve an 'S' Rank by yourself is a much more difficult task than with the help of others.

Don't know if this has been asked or answered, but is it possible to get one of each Deoxys forme from the game.

And.

Is it the same as other ranger games in that, once you've transferred the pokemon from ranger to your 4th gen game, you can't restart ranger and re-download the missions, complete them and then transfer the pokemon again.
