I'm currently revising my pirate profile, which will have a new bounty as well as some other things.

Appearance; Venari is built like a fighter, lean and wiry with muscles clinging tightly onto his frame like ivy vines. He stands at about 5'10" (177.5 cm) and weighs about 165 lbs (74.8 kg). His natural hair color is blond while his eyes are usually blue, but he will often change his appearance as needed using dyes or colored glass lenses. He wears an all-black tunic with long, loose sleeves; he wears black leather boots and leather armor underneath the tunic. He bears seven knives concealed across his body (two fifteen-inch dueling knives behind his back, one thirteen inch blade on his right leg, a ten inch cleaver blade on his left leg, two six inch throwing daggers in his sleeves, and a springloaded four inch stiletto blade in his right boot) as well as a pair of wire garrotes around each wrist and a pair of pnumatic poison dart launchers (filled with botulinum neurotoxin [the most potent neurotoxin in the entire world] in doses of 10mg [90 nanograms or 1/111111 miligrams is sufficient to kill a 200lb person].) attached to his forearms.

Personality; Venari is extremely coldhearted, bearing no sense of compassion or mercy as well as an extreme disregard for human life. He is very logical and systematic, and he speaks very precisely an succinctly. He is like a shadow -silent, innocuous, and never far from your side- until he chooses to strike. He has extreme loyalty to his Captain, Princess Anima Doloris and would do anything for her if asked. To quote him: "She plucked me from the streets and gave me a place in the world; I stopped merely existing and started truly living. To live is to risk, and I would risk anything for her. My life is hers to do with as she pleases."

The one thing he cannot tolerate is blind stupidity. This causes him to despise the Tenryuubito and their frivilous, pointless cruelty; their irrational hatred of commoners and their hypocritical natures as well as their ignorance incense him. Anima has had to talk him out of assassinating any Tenryuubito they have come across more than once because of this.

History; Venari grew up on the streets of his hometown, living life as a thief and petty criminal. When he was 13, he set his sights on a visiting noble, the princess of the kingdom he lived in, who at the time was only two years older than him. She caught him trying to steal from her, but when her seven guards confronted him he killed two of them without hesitation, mortally wounded a third, and injured the rest of them before he was taken out; his only weapon was a knife he'd fashioned from scrap metal. Princess Anima, impressed by his skill and coldblooded nature, offered him amnesty in exchange for his services as her personal soldier, bodyguard, and assassin. He accepted immediately, and served the princess for two years before her parents tried to arrange a marriage for her. Instead of acceeding to their wishes, she had Venari kill them and make it look like the blame fell on her suitor's family, causing civil war to break out in the country. During the chaos, both Venari and Anima escaped, taking a group of bodyguards loyal to the princess and commandeering a ship to escape. On the way to a neighboring country's port they were attacked by pirates, but they fended them off with Princess Anima and Venari leading the way. The princess, finding that she enjoyed the thrill of fighting as well as the riches she could plunder, made the decision to become a pirate, and her bodyguards became her initial crew, with Venari as her first mate. The Stealth-Stealth Fruit was one of their prizes in the initial raid, and since Princess Anima was already satisfied with her power, she gave it to Venari.

Initially the Shadow Folk Pirates were a rather motley crew, but with a few months and sufficient experience they quickly entered the Grand Line. At Sabaody Archepeligo, the crew slipped just under the 100,000,000 Beri mark, although they gained their current bounties shortly thereafter by assassinating the crew of an entire Marine fleet in a single night.

Abilities;

Speed: Venari's latent speed is roughly on-par with a fully trained user of Rokushiki: Soru, marking him as one of the fastest natural fighters in the pirate world.

Stealth: Even without the aid of his sigunature devil fruit, the Stealth-Stealth Fruit, Venari is a master sneaksman, capable of slipping through even heavily defended strongholds undetected.

Killing Intent: Venari is capable of using focused killing intent as a weapon, not dissimilar to Haoshoku Haki. Though not nearly as potent, it is capable of knocking out civilians or untrained fighters with ease.

Blade Skill: Venari is a master blade wielder, capable of a whole range of knife-fighting abilities and skillful with a sword or similar weapon. Put any sort of edged weapon in his hands and he can fight on-par against virtually any swordsman or blade user in existence. His attacks mainly focus on misdirection and potentially quick kills.

Signature Blade Moves:
- Zanzoukai (Afterimage Cut): Venari's blade moves so fast that it appears as a series of afterimages, forcing opponents to read his actual movements and not the movement of the blade, which can be deadly against unprepared opponents.

-Hanshateki Higyou (Reflected Strike): This is a counter technique used against offensive opponents. Venari angles his blade and uses a precise amount of force to both deflect his opponent's attack just enough to avoid it and also redirect his own blade so he can strike his opponent. A careless opponent could easily be gutted by this move.

-Dageki Oikoshi (Passing Strike): This move is intended to interrupt an opponent mid-move by disrupting their timing. As the opponent begins his swing, Venari switches to a backhanded position and slashes into the attack. As the blades pass each other, he turns his wrist and pushes the opponent's blade aside with the tip of his own, forcing them to compensate, creating openings in their stance or movements that were not present before. That correction time is usually sufficient for Venari to either land a killing blow or set up another attack against the defensive openings.

Oreru Juuji (Breaking Cross): This technique is intended to break or sever an opponent's weapon by striking with maximum speed at opposing angles on the same spot. Venari lets his opponent swing, then he scissors his opponent's weapon between his blades and slices outward, usually slicing through or at least cutting into the opposing weapon. This attack can also be used to great effect as a finishing move, capable of cleaving an opponent completely in half if executed perfectly.

-Munashiigiri (Void Slice): This attack creates a vacuum effect, displacing or pulling in the opponent's attack by removing air resistance or utilizing the suction created by the rushing air.

Assassination Specialist: Venari's greatest skills lie in assassination. With the proper resources and support, he is capable of killing even the most highly guarded or paranoid targets and escape with minimal collateral or evidence.

Devil Fruit: Koso Koso no Mi (Stealth-Stealth Fruit)

The Stealth-Stealth Fruit is a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit with several abilities. First, it makes all of the user's movements completely silent, giving them unsurpassed sneaking ability. Second, the user gains the ability to erase their presence to users of sensory Haki, allowing them to pass undetected even when Mantra users are in the area. These two abilities make him an excellent assassin, but also give him an edge in battle by eliminating one (and sometimes two) of the opponent's most used combat senses.

Haki: Venari is self-taught when it comes to Haki, having been born with an innate awareness of his surroundings and spirit.

-Kenbunshoku Haki (Color of Observation; Mantra): Venari is a master of the Mantra techniques. His sensory range is roughly the size of a large city-state or a medium-sized island, with the ability to discern all targets seperately and gague their strength relative to his own. His precognition ability extends roughly 1.5 seconds ahead of the actual attack, giving him ample time to dodge attacks with his great speed. His Mantra is also unique as it is capable of sensing patterns in basically anything.

Busoshoku Haki (Color of Armaments): Venari's skill with this Haki is basic; he is capable of hitting Logia-type Devil Fruit users with his attacks, but they will be weakened in comparison to their damage on a normal person.

Jolly Roger; The Jolly Roger of the Shadow Folk Pirates is a crooked skull with a neck constricted by a garrote, held in two bony hands.

Unique laugh; Venari... doesn't really laugh. He smiles occasionally, but never really laughs.

Even though I'm approving your profile, I have a few issues with it...

• I think you can also list Venari as the assassin of the Shadow Folk Pirates. Or are they all generally assassin-type pirates?
• For the poison, maybe pick something from the series or his own secret blend.
• Killing a fleet of marines sounds vague and a bit exaggerated to me personally. Maybe just be a bit more specific and give it a number. I'm just naturally nit-picky, sorry.
• And distorting light sounds like it would be a whole nother Devil Fruit. I think being able to blend into his surroundings should just be apart of his masterful assassin skills. Ninja-pirate! *shot*

No. Botulinium neurotoxin is an assassin's poison through and through. Botulism (the sickness caused by it) can be easily created by spoiling meat or other foods a certain way, and it is deathly potent even in ridiculously small quantites. 4 kg of botulinium neurotoxin is capable of killing every person on Earth when evenly distrubted. Botulism can be disguised as food poisoning with ease and it is difficult to trace. Furthermore, while it is somewhat slow acting, botulinium neurotoxin has no antidote for doses exceeding six milligrams.

It wasn't just him, you know. The whole crew, Captain Anima and Venari included, wiped out a naval fleet. Their crew isn't a small group of super-elites like Luffy and the Straw Hats, it's about two-hundred strong. I don't see that as exaggerated. And giving it a number will just make you lower it a dozen times until you're happy with it; I know how you are with statistics

Appearance; Lask stands at a height of 7' 10" and is built of lean muscle. He has long, black hair that reaches to his mid-back and is shaggy the rest of the way around, generally hanging somewhere in his face. His eyes are a shade of cobalt blue. In terms of clothes, Lask wears a pair of dark pants that are obviously old, shown by the faded and torn spots among them. Rather than a belt, he wears a length of chain to hold the pants up. Lask chooses not to wear a shirt or shoes of any kind, instead wearing a dark brown duster.

Personality; Lask is a very lazy man, finding very few things worth his attention. Most who meet him can't ever believe that he is truly a captain. Lask will normally be found sleeping somewhere that he would be least likely to be disturbed in. Only a few things will actually rouse him. Those things are: food, alcohol, women and Logia eaters. Due to reasons unknown, Lask holds a particular disdain for any and all people with Logia abilities and derives a form of sick pleasure from fighting them and an even greater pleasure in hitting their "substantial body". When encountered by a Logia user, he gets a manic look on his face and behaves like a psychopath.

History; Little is known about Lask's history and it is up to much speculation. Only a few details are known and are only that way because of a slip in Lask's tongue. He was born on an unknown island in the South Blue and raised by his father and mother, who owned a tavern/physician's office that was frequented by Marines. At some point during his childhood (he never specified) a small group of Marines came in to get patched up after dealing with a low class pirate crew, the captain of which was with them at the time, waiting to be taken to the local Marine HQ for detainment. In a moment in which neither was being watched, this pirate managed to entice Lask into taking the last bit of treasure he was able to smuggle of the ship: the Kusari Kusari no Mi. The young boy gobbled it up, the Marines only taking notice after Lask had already been gifted by its powers. Nothing else is known of that day, as Lask hasn't told of it.

Nothing else is known of his history except that, at some point, he joined a pirate crew, or formed one himself, and began to sail. Since that time, his crew has grown infamous, largely due in part to Lask's particular habit of hanging Marines and/or other pirates over the mast of his ship, using his own chains. This act has garnered him the name of "The Hanged Man" and his crew and ship the moniker of "Swinging Chain", due to the multiple chains still on the mast.


Abilities; Devil Fruit: Kusari Kusari no Mi (Chain-Chain Fruit)
Type: Paramecia

General Power Description: The Chain-Chain Fruit grants the eater the ability to produce chains from his/her body. The eater can control the dimensions of the chains (thickness, weight, length, shape of the links, etc.). Once the chains have been produced, Lask can control their flight path with relative ease. He also tends to use the chains he produces to lift and/or throw objects. By doing this he can lift much more weight than he could with his body.

Like Kalifa's Awa Awa no Mi or Mr. 3's Doru Doru no Mi, the fruit is commonly misidentified as a Logia. This is false, however, as the eater is unable to turn his/her body into chains, only produce them. In addition to the basic manipulations of the chains, Lask has developed a choice few other manipulations based around combat.

Tadai Heisetsu (Heavy Link): Lask twists multiple links of chain into a tight ball. He then manipulates the weight and thickness of the chain to create a pseudo-wrecking ball. He uses this ball in a morningstar-esque fashion.

Surudoi Heisetsu (Sharp Link): Lask changes the shape and thickness of the links on the end of his chain. The links are changed to isosceles triangles and are flattened to the point that they become razor sharp. This technique is used as a long range stabbing/piercing/slashing weapon.

Haki: Lask is trained in Kenbunshoku Haki and Busoshoku Haki. While his skills in Kenbunshoku are average at best, his Busoshoku skills are honed to the point of near mastery. This is most likely due to the pleasure he derives from striking "substantial bodies" of Logia users.

Hmm. Well maybe you could have mentioned it's botulism. Scientific names aren't as obvious, if you're not thinking about. xD

Well yeah, but from the perspective you gave, I only knew of the captain, first mate, and a few of the captains ex-personal guards.
Plus, it's just something we haven't actually seen much of from rookies, in the series.
It was just a little hard to comprehend when compared with the canon. xD

Possibly. But he does do things like rubber not being an electrical conductor, and water acts as an adhesive for sand. So, there's no telling which way he'll go with it.

One Piece in 6 Minutes

Oh man that was awesome. I loved how they took really key scenes of the anime and put it together like that; it really worked well with the timing of the music, too. The use of dialogue was well placed, and the coloured text was a nice feature too. My only real problem with this is that I think the song was too short, which meant that certain key scenes had to be cut out; Chopper (who had very little time), Franky, Brook, and Ace's initial introduction (which would have made the ending really powerful) are the key ones.

Breath of Destiny

I liked it, it was good. I don't think it matches up to the first one, so I probably don't like it as much. It was still nice and dramatic though

The New Era

Definitely better than the second one. The first section really helps to build the tension, and throughout the video, the really short clips that matched the sound helped to make it really dramatic. Plus, it tells its own kind of story; focusing more on "The New Age of Pirates", rather than the previous one which focused purely on the war which had quite a lot of backstory. It also makes me want to read the next chapter that much more XD.

Appearance;

Ehcin Telescopus is a Telescope Octopus merman, he has a human upperbody and 8 transparent, almost colourless tentacles as lowerbody.
He's got medium length hair, is always clean shaven and does not wear a marine outfit. His upperbody is bare and his lowerbody is covered by loincloth in the standard marine colours.

He wears multiple belts strapped over his upperbody to carry his guns, has a dagger strapped to his left arm and carries a small leather bag around his neck where he keeps some special bullets imbued with seastone.

Personality; Ehcin is relativly calm most of the time, he dislikes doing nothing and is often seen juggling musket balls in his spare time. During battle he hardly speaks a word and focusses on his orders.

Abilities;

Ehcin has a basic understanding of most Haki and is advanced in using Observation Haki.
He's not at the level where he can predict most attacks, but he is quite capable of detecting other presences.

As all mermen, he is a very capable swimmer, and prefers to fight Devil Fruit users near or in water.

Ehcin is an experienced gunman who carries 3 muskets (one with a scope - single shot bolt action), 2 flintlock pistols and 2 short barreled shotgun prototypess belted on his back.
He is mostly seen using 4 guns at the same time, using 4 of his tentacles as standing support, operating the normal muskets with his remaining 4 tentacles and the pistols in his hands.

The scoped musket is only used for very long range combat, this musket uses specially designed minieballs to increase damage and velocity. While shooting with this musket he uses 6 tentacles as standing support,his hands operate the gun and his remaining tentacles quickly reload after each shot.

When forced into close combat, he uses the short barreled shotgun prototypes, these have a huge spread and are only used when his allies aren't too close to the intended target.

I have the excuse that I'm a pisces, if anyone has any objections towards merman.

Appearance; A large muscular man who stands about 7'2" (218.44 cm) tall and weighs about 285 lbs (129.27 kg). He wears a white bandanna, a navy cloak with the kanji "不動明王 正義" or "Immovable Justice" down the back, and a loose black gi underneath it. He wears white wrappings over his hands and feet, covering the many scars he has recieved in battle. He carries no weapons, prefering to use his hands alone in battle. His eyes are ruby-red, giving him the appearance of a bloodthirsty god when angered.

Personality; Mamori is a strong believer in the "might makes right" philosophy; the belief that the strong determine the laws of the world. He is calm to the point of it being unsettling to others and speaks with great amounts of conviction. He believes that his duty in life is to rid the world of pirates, and shows no mercy to them in battle.

History; Mamori was inducted into officer training immediately from basic because of his firm convictions and massive strength. During his first voyage as an Ensign, he was nearly scalped by a pirate Captain but he also found the strength to keep fighting despite his injuries. Afterwards, his Captain gave him his trademark bandanna to cover the bandages and told him that he was immovable and a testament to Justice. He transfered from the North Blue to the Grand Line upon his promotion to Rear Admiral. Most of the scars on his arms came from a battle against Atrera Venari of the Shadow Folk Pirates three years ago. He'd orginally tried to challange Captain Doloris D. Anima first, Venari stopped him and said that he was nowhere near powerful enough to challenge his Captain. Mamori may have had the strength advantage, but Venari was so much faster than him that it made no difference at the time. Mamori nearly lost his life that day, but he was saved by the timely arrival of Vice Admiral Momonga -who was there on other business-, who allowed the pirates to leave unharassed as fair trade for Mamori's life. Instead of being thankful, Mamori became enraged at Momonga's refusal to kill the pirates. He said "the destruction of pirates is the will of the Tenryuubito, and we are their instruments", to which Momonga replied "before trying to master the will of anyone else, master your own will". He still bears a grudge against Atrera Venari for his scars, and swore to kill him one day. He is one of the weaker Vice Admirals, having only been promoted to fill the power vacuum left by the battle at Marineford.

Abilities;

Immense Strength: Mamori is so incredibly strong that he can lift a giant galleon and throw it through the air like it's nothing more than a toy. His strength is said to be comparable to that of Garp the Fist, the Hero of the Marines.

Inhuman Vitality: Mamori is extremely difficult to kill. During a battle with a pirate worth 115,000,000 Beri, he had both lungs punctured, his ribcage pulverized, and both his arms broken from the shoulders down and he still refused to stay down. Vice Admiral Doberman once stated that "the only way to keep Mamori down is to behead him" -although likely an exaggeration- further emphasizing how stupidly hard to kill he is.

Haki: All Vice Admirals possess Haki abilities to some extent, and Mamori is no exception.

Kenbunshoku Haki (Color of Observation; Mantra): Mamori's abilities with this Haki are basic and not much use in a serious fight.

Busoshoku Haki (Color of Armaments): Mamori can use Busoshoku abilities to strike Logia users, but that is the extent of his skill with this Haki.

Rokushiki: Mamori is fully trained in Rokushiki.

Soru (Razor): Mamori's Soru is slower than most because of his unusual size and his natural lack of speed.

Kami-e (Paper Art): Mamori is capable of using Kami-e, but it's not as effective because of his unnatural size and bulk.

Geppō (Moon Step): Mamori is capable of using Geppou for short periods of time.

Rankyaku (Storm Leg): The offensive Rokushiki abilities are where Mamori's abilities truly come into play. He is capable of producing not just blades of air by kicking, but also by chopping with his hands. This is only possible because of Mamori's massive strength.

Shigan (Finger Gun): The Shigan is likely Mamori's most powerful ability. He's capable of using several unique forms of it and projecting it with his whole hand.

-Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (Flying Finger Gun Sting): A projectile version of the Shigan.

-Tobu Shigan "Komyaku" (Flying Finger Gun Large Pulse): A fist-launched version of the Tobu Shigan that approximates the force of a cannon.

-Shigan "Toshu" (Finger Gun Empty Palm): A way to "reach out and smack someone", this is Mamori's signature move, capable of leaving marks in solid rock in the shape of an open hand. If he directly strikes something with this attack, it will penetrate directly around his hand with no excess damage.

Tekkai (Iron Body): Mamori's Tekkai is hard enough to take a cannon ball at close range without flinching.

Rokuōgan (Six King Pistol): Mamori's most devastating technique as well as the greatest move of Rokushiki.

Two minutes in a battle is like two hours outside of it. Without his arms, Mamori's power is effectively halved, especially since his whole freakin' fighting style revolves around it. Would you be able to survive for two minutes without any use of your arms? 'Cause I know I wouldn't be able to.

Meh, I guess because it's so overpowered I can give it a bit more recoil. How about that his attacks will still be weakened for ten minutes after he regains use of his arms at bare minimum?

Correction, he would've died from the whole cocktail of poisons that Magellan basted him with, which amounts to three types. The Hydra was just one of those poisons, and for a neurotoxin it's fairly weak. Most neurotoxins kill in eight hours or so, the Hydra takes a full 24. The only reason that it's so feared is because it inflicts a slow and painful death on the one infected with it and because none of the Impel Down inmates had access to antidotes if they were ever striken with it.

The reason he wasn't able to be saved by normal means is because he'd been basted with so many toxins that any single antidote would just worsen his condition by strengthening the other parts of the cocktail. Not to mention that your logic for this is inherently flawed. "It doesn't matter how long it takes to kill you because you still die." So getting cut with a sword on a major artery (which is potentially treatable given enough time) and bleeding out and getting stabbed through the heart with a sword and dying within seconds are the same? Don't think so. Comparative to other neurotoxins, the Hydra is fairly weak (the artery slash) while stronger poisons can kill faster (the stab through the heart). This is overzealous use of hyperbole, but it gets the point across.

It's most likely the antidote was developped with the help of Magellan for the occasion that Magellan accident poisoned one of his allies.

Just read some more about Magellan's poison abilities and 'Hydra' has more effects than just the neurotoxin and is acidic in nature. Hydra is is already a mix of poisons in the first place.

Hydra: The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die.

I do have to say, that unless your marine has a devil fruit of some sorts, he wouldn't be capable of surviving the Hydra, let alone stuff that is stronger. He could live for a bit longer, but that isn't really useful, is it?

You could make him resistant/immune to natural poisons, However.

Luffy survived because of the Emporio hormones boosting his own immunite system;

Appearance; Hermes is a slender and muscular man; standing about 5’11” (1.8m). Blue eyes, silver goatee, and silver colored wavy hair that extends a few inches below his shoulders. Hermes has a black fedora hat, which serves as one of his trademarks. His clothing consists of a gray dress shirt, black slacks and black leather dress shoes. Tattooed on his right hand is the symbol for the planet/element Mercury.

Personality; Hermes is usually a calm and collected person. He tends to be sarcastic to others if they are annoying him, though. Hermes has great respect for his crew mates and will do everything possible to keep them from harm if in danger. He is willing to make friends with other pirates if he gets a good vibe from them, but he does understand that they are still his rivals. Hermes hates marines who believe in absolute justice and will show them no mercy. But as a former marine, he is sometimes conflicted about his path.

History; Hermes was the son of a Marine officer and aspired to be just like his dad when growing up. Since his father was a Rear Admiral, Hermes was able to meet several high profile people; including a few Vice-Admirals and some Cipher Pol agents. Hermes went through training to become a marine, starting at age 15. He climbed up the ranks fast, because of his father’s connections and his early skills with Haki and Rokushiki. Hermes eventually achieved the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.

When he was 18, Hermes’ father was killed by a Vice-Admiral while protecting two citizens suspected of aiding a pirate; his father was the only one who knew they were not. Hermes was not told which Vice-Admiral killed his father, and he couldn’t get a straight answer from any of his father’s friends. Hermes’ trust of the Marines, and the World Government, had been shattered. He rebelled by stealing the Silver-Silver Devil Fruit and running off with a standard marine ship (not the ones used at Marineford) in the middle of the night.

Hermes then traveled the Paradise half of the Grand Line in search of information and a crew. He had gained several members after just a few months, including a cook, a doctor, a shipwright, and a mythical zoan Devil Fruit user. About six months after deserting from the Marines and starting his life as a pirate, Hermes got a lead about two potential suspects for his father’s murder. Hermes and his crew infiltrated Marine base G-2, in an attempt to take Vice Admiral Comil hostage for interrogation and a possible execution. Hermes was successful in reaching Comil, but found out he was not the man that killed Hermes’ father. They were able to escape relatively safely due to an unrelated distraction cause by N. Neeya. Neeya would later end up joining the Quicksilver pirates and become the first mate.

Two years later, just a few months after the Whitebeard War, the Quicksilver pirates would attempt an assassination of Vice Admiral Lawfoot D. John. It was during this fight, that the Vice Admiral admitted to killing Hermes father, saying that he was simply dealing with a traitor in the “according manor.” But even with the combined efforts of Hermes, Neeya and Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user, Eternal Jordan, they were not able to kill John before re-enforcements arrived, costing Neeya his life and forcing the surviving pirates to retreat. Aroo, Neeya's former pet Transponder Snail took his death quite hard.

A few months after the Quicksilver Pirates' defeat by Lawfoot, they would get into trouble during a Marine raid on a small island in the Grand Line. Hermes in particular was caught off guard and was alone when the raid happened. But he was able to escaped with the help of Artera Lux. Afterwards, Hermes recruited Artera as the Quicksilver Pirates' assassin and scout.


Jolly Roger; Hermes' Jolly Roger is a silvery skull and cross bones wearing a fedora hat.

Abilities; Rukoshiki: While his training was not completed, Hermes is proficient in some techniques.

• Finger Pistol (Shigan): Hermes can use the standard Finger Pistol technique, as well as a flicking variation similar to Rob Lucci.
• Shave (Soru): Hermes has mastered the fundamentals of the Shave technique.
• Iron Body (Tekkai): Hermes has mastered the fundamentals of the Iron Body technique.
• Tempest Leg (Rankyaku): Hermes has mastered the fundamentals of Tempest Leg, but prefers to use the technique with his arms more often.

Haki: Hermes’ Haki abilities awakened during his time as a Marine. Although he has not fully mastered them, his is still proficient.

• Observation Haki (Kenbunshoku): Hermes is well versed in this form of Haki and effortlessly incorporates into his fighting style.
• Armament Haki (Busoshoku): Hermes has mastered the fundamentals of Armament Haki and mainly uses it to enhance his Mercury Blade when needed.

Devil Fruit: Silver-Silver Fruit (銀銀の実 ; Gin Gin no Mi)
The Silver-Silver Fruit is a Paramecia class devil fruit with the ability to allow the user to create and manipulate seemingly endless amounts of mercury. A side effect of the ability allows the user to measure changes in temperature, atmospheric pressure, and blood pressure.

• Heavy Metal (ヘビー メタル ; Hebī Metaru): The user launches a stream of mercury to infect the enemy and to cause death by heavy metal poisoning.
• Mercury Blade (水銀 ブレード ; Suigin Burēdo): Hermes forms blades of mercury on him limbs or he can make them sprout from a surface covered in mercury. They are capable of inflicting heavy metal poisoning on the person cut. Hermes can use Iron Body to increase strength and sharpness; but is vulnerable to counter attacks if he misses. He can also imbue the blades with Armament Haki to allow him to hit Logia Devil Fruit users.
• Mirror Armor (ミラー 鎧 ; Mirā Yoroi): Hermes’ body or part of his body can turn metallic to reflect beam based attacks. It can also be use as a regular mirror.
• Metal Eater (メタル イーター ; Metaru Ītā): Hermes can use the mercury to dissolve most any metal, except for Iron.
• Silver Bullet (銀 銃弾 ; Gin Jūdan): Hermes uses Finger Pistol to fire mercury bullets by flicking his fingers.
• Heavy Metal Injection (ヘビー メタル 注射 ; Hebī Metaru Chūsha): Hermes uses the standard Finger Pistol to stab opponents and secrete mercury into their body.
• Silver Statue (銀像 ; Gin-zō): Hermes covers his body in mercury while using Iron Body and/or Armament Haki to harden and strengthen it.
• Silver Crescent (銀 三日月 ; Gin Mikazuki): Hermes launches a crescent of mercury using the Tempest Leg technique.
• Silver Mace (銀 槌矛 ; Gin Tsuchihoko): A spiked mace version of Mercury Blade with the same side-effects.

The only special weakness of the Silver-Silver Fruit is that Iron has a resistance to some of its abilities.

Tbh, I loved Usopp's combo from when he fought Luffy at Water Seven. Each move just led up to the next stage of the combo and it peaked with a huge fiery explosion of doom.

No. When Mercury Blade is enhanced with Iron Body, Hermes can't move.
He basically uses his moment for the strike, but if it misses, he's unable to dodge/deflect any counter-attacks.

This is kind of hard for me. There are just so many cool and unique attacks/abilities.
I think the Whitebeard's ability to tilt an entire island and the surrounding sea was freakin' awesome!
While I'm sure some other devil fruits might be as destructive, only Enel has been shown actually using an ability that could literally destroy an entire island.
