Nope, just have to do it during the time of day and day that they can be rematched.

this is more of a general question for the 4th gen games but i don't see how it would hurt to ask here.
would a UK ditto with a US other pokemon work with the Masudo(?) Method? should it be something besides UK or since thats a different region than the US, it would still work?

Yes, assuming you mean Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres.

In SS, if I kill Lugia before the Elite 4 and then go back to fight it after, where will it be and will it have the same nature/IVs/stats?

It will be in the same place, but it's Nature etc. will be reset.

I've fought all the leaders and I am starting to prepare for my battle with Red. The problem is that I have no idea where I should train my party for the battle that is to come. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard that when stat breeding, if a parent is given an item like a Power Bracer it will have the same attack IV as it's parent. it's worked with attack, but the other parent has a Power Anklet that makes them share Speed IVs, and it's not working.

Does the "Power" item only work for the mom? or what?
    watch me now!!

If you have access to a second DS and have Plainum you could trade them over and trian them against the gym leaders there or use th Vs. Seeker to rematch other trainers. It's not much better but it still is.

If you can't do this then just train against wild Pokémon. Find the ones that give the highest exp. and then just massacre them. Don't look at the experience bar, it will go up faster if you don't look.

Only one parent can pass on an IV using a power item at a time.

If both are holding one, it seems as though it either doesn't work, or it picks one of them at random to pass the respective IV on.

I want to battle Falkner again. I got his phone number and it is Saturday Morning. Tried calling him but he didn't show up at the Fighting Dojo. Is there a specfic time of Saturday Morning where you have to call him.

Thanks man. I've been stuck on where I should be training.

    Four places -

Cerulean Cave: A very diverse wild population with levels ranging from 40-49. Go to the north end of Route 24's bridge and surf downward.

Route 28 & Mt. Silver Outside: Less diverse and lower levels (39-44), but the Pokemon Center makes these back-to-back routes more convenient. It really all boils down to which region's music you want to hear over and over again.

Mt. Silver Cave: Less diverse but higher levels (46-51). It's a good place to EV train for defense, because Graveler are all over the place at 2EVs a knockout.

No, I'm not giving anyone credit for my team pose because I made it myself.

I'm trying to get Daisy to massage my pokemon so she will give me Blue's number. She did it once, but won't do it again no matter what pokemon I show her.

It's possible, though there's no way of knowing whether the Pokemon is shiny or not until you transfer it back to the DS.

She only massages between 3 and 4 in the afternoon.

    Kudos to Gladeshadow
