So I am new here, so I might be posting this in the wrong spot. I have not played any pokemon games since the original Gold/Silver. I'm in bed all week due to wisdom teeth removal. So I have a quick question, is there a way to evolve Kadabra into Alkazam without trading, or is that it? Also is anybody willing to trade with me then trade back? I will give you a level 6. steelix for something like a caterpie or something.

Kadabra can only evolve via trading. Sorry! If you want to find someone to trade with you, we have a Trade Forum specifically for that purpose.

Did you get the national dex yet? You most likely can't win dusk or dawn stones until then, considering that there aren't any Pokemon that evolve with them in the Johto dex.

Not if you want to enter the Battle Frontier, since 5 of those Pokemon are prohibited there. When it comes to strength it's a pretty okay team, although not much diversity. For example you got three fire pokemon and two water pokemon in there. You're going to have trouble with Pokemon you don't have counters for, ghost or psychic pokemon for example.

Personally I'm not a big fan of legendaries but it's your choice.

According to the Nintendo Activity Meter, and the time since I left the Game store. It takes 4263 Steps to get home.. Which works out to just over 213 Watts.

Now How much experience a Pokémon, assuming it didn't level up during the walk, would get if I had a PokéWalker on me?

2 steps is a single experience point is it not? So that would be 2132 (Not sure if it rounds up or down).

No it's more like level 13. 2000 Exp isn't enough to level up a level 20.

One of My Level 24 Magemites, Medium Fast Exp rate, (1 000 000), it has 13824 and 1801 to go.. (I caught lots to get a Metal Coat in Hoenn, I have been using them for item transferrals.

A jump more than 2000 is around lv25.

Do I need the national dex before I can catch an absol with the hoen sound radio?

Hoenn sound doesn't activate until you fix the problem with the power plant in kanto and then get the expansion card for the radio. all this happens post-E4
technically you get the national dex right before you get on ss aqua to go over to kanto
