You trade friend codes with whoever you arrange a trade with. when you get to that point you'll need to go into your Pal Pad to see what your Friend Code is, and tell them that number. They'll tell you their Friend Code and you input it into your own Pal Pad.

What do you mean, where you can trade Friend Codes? If you want to see your FC, or register someone's, you go to Key Items, select "Pal Pad", and click on "[your name]'s Friend Code" or "Register Friend Code", and that's all there is to it. If you're looking for people to trade FCs with, then hang around the forums frequently and make some friends. If you're looking to trade, you should update your signature with a "Looking For" and "Offering" section like I have to advertise, and read others' signatures to see who might be willing to trade with you. I get trade requests fairly often - at least once a week or so. Your other option is to go to the Trade Shops and look there.

Finally, you can edit your posts with the "Edit" button in the lower right-hand corner - if you double- or triple- post, you can get infractions for it.

I want to restart my Soulsilver game. I would like to trade over my team and then breed to create lv 1 copys of them. Same move sets. Is this possible? Must they be all males or something?

Could I breed them on my secondary game and just send over the eggs somehow? Then I wouldn't have to wait until I reached the breeding center...

You can trade eggs as soon as trading is available (soon after being able to catch Pokemon iirc). You could do that. Note that the species will be the same as the mother (ie female parent), but if you breed with a ditto the offspring will always be of the line of the non-ditto parent, regardless of gender.

I want to reset my hg game but I don't want to delete all of my poke walker stuff. I've gotten most of the different areas and I don't want to lose the event places either, like yellow forest. Is there any way around this?

I'm pretty sure that there is no way to keep your old Pokewalker data with a new game, because the Pokewalker is synced to the save file.

I'm trying to get a flying pikachu in my pokewalker...
I have 50,000 or so steps right now, and I've spent 2,000 watts today...
In total I've caught 2 out of 3 of these !!!
And a few of these !!
I don't catch !
I have like 5 surfing pikas but can't find any flying ones.
What am I doing wrong D;

Now in my newly started game I'm at the bell tower and for the life of me I can't seem to fine a way to the third floor. How can I get there?

I just bought HG a few days ago, I just want to know if there's any restrictions over which Gen.III Pokemon i can send from my Ruby/LG using Pal Park to my HG (once i've unlocked access to Pal Park of course). For instance i know to get the Jade Orb for Rayquaza i need a SS Groudon & can't use my Ruby Groudon (shame he is LV.100!) to obtain the orb... but will i be allowed to just send my Rayquaza from Ruby to use in HG? Also can i migrate the legendaries who appear in both Gen.III & Gen IV to my HG to have 2 MewTwo, 2 of each legendary bird, 2 Kyogre etc for my collection?

You can send any pokemon (including legendaries) from gen 3 to HG, but you have to strip the HMs off them first.
