If you're asking if you can use one PCP to activate the event in multiple games, I believe you can.
If you're asking if you can use more than one PCP in one game to get an army of spikey-eared pichu, pretty sure that would be no.

I haven't done either myself, so I'm not 100% sure.

I was asking the former, I wasn't sure if it's "marker" was used up, like how the entry for the shiny dogs changes in Black/White.

Yeah, I don't think any of the Gen 4 event pokemon were limited to one use. If I'm wrong though, let me know

First of, lol, pokeaids....

And yes, infect something you dont want to use (a random pokemon like the shiny gyrados, or some rattata) by battling a few times with it in the party( it dosn't need to actually fight, just be in the party. wild battles are good for this.) once its infected, shove it in the Pc and itll stay aslong as it dosn't come out for an extended period of time, i reccomend infecting alot of useless pokemon just to be safe for future uses

You need to infect several Pokemon that you never use (i.e., that stay in your box 99% of the time) and keep them in the box. Pokemon on your team that have Pokerus will stop being contagious when the clock hits midnight on your DS. Pokemon in the box, however, stay contagious.

Even when your team isn't contagious anymore, you still get the EV boost, so don't worry about EV training immediately if you don't want to.

Pick whatever you want, it game teams really don't matter. As for HM slaves, Furret works well.

Yes, unlike the originals, in HGSS it's required to battle Ho-Oh (HG) / Lugia (SS) before proceeding to the E4.

Nope, it's different.
