i know how to start the chase for latios/ latias and this also applies to raikuo and entei but will the nature change if i see them more than once or is the nature decided when i actually catch them

Neither, it's set when you release them.

Question. I want to access the NWC network with Soul Silver, but it won't connect.

I have a password on my router and it isn't giving me the option to put the password in. Is there a place where I can do this or am I **** out of luck?

Because I can't access the router to disable the password (don't have the password for the router anymore)

Your router has to either be using no encryption or WEP. Anything higher than that is unsupported by DS games and the DS/Lite.

If you can't access it ask whoever can to lower the security for you.

WEP is the number password right? If so then I'm boned.

No one can lower the security. Normally I'd just go into the router and do it, but I forgot the password to it or someone changed it on me. I haven't been able to access my netgear since sometime early last year

Will do, but tomorrow when I know I can call my ISP. I've a bit of a history regarding this router and my ISP, and the history isn't a good one.

It's quite annoying that the game doesn't allow me to connect to a WPA router though :\ For the first time, I'm really disappointed with it.

I know this may have already been asked, but what can you do after beating Red? I talked to steven, oak, and mr pokemanz. Serebii just says that other things are unlocked but doesn't really specify. I've heard word about somehow going to hoenn?

If you did the Copycat doll thing then Latias should be out. I think you talk to Mr. Pokemon to get groudon.

You can't go to Hoenn in SS/HG. You can go to a part of it if you have an Arceus. See that unlocks a small part in Ruins of Alph where a man in that house takes you to Sinjoh ruins. I think this would be spoilers so [Spoiler] Cynthia shows up and you can go get Dialga/Palkia/Giratina one of them at lv1[/Spoiler]

Now after you obtain 16 badges you can go to Prof Oak and get the Kanto starters (One).
After you beaten Red you can see Steven in Saffron who has Hoenn starters.

The trainers who you can get are determined by your SID, so there are no others. You have to pick the one you like of the ones offered.

I had a question as to the actual ins and outs of breeding with power items from DPPt. I put the speed one on a perfect speed staryu and the special attack one on a perfect special attack ditto and the babies don't have both perfect stats. Do they only get one guaranteed or how is my rng just glitching out?
