I've just recently started paying attention to natures and characteristics. I'm wondering how exactly the relation between the two work. My totodile for example is rash natured, so it ups the special attack, and lowers the regular attack. But its characteristic is quick tempered, which is an attack dominant characteristic.

Does this mean my totodile will have attack as its highest stat, making all other stats low? I guess I'm a little confused, any help would be great.

The Characteristic only tells you which IV is the highest, although it doesn't tell you the exact IV. All that it's saying is that your Totodile's highest IV is Attack; it doesn't mean that it'll be the highest stat.

Your Totodile's characteristic means that it could have an IV of 29 in Attack (the IV could also be either 24, 19, 14, 9 or 4). Even though its Attack IV is the highest of its IVs, it doesn't necessarily mean that its other stats/IVs are low. Natures and IVs aren't related.

BTW, a Rash nature lowers Special Defense, not Attack. The nature that boosts Special Attack and lowers regular Attack is Modest.

How can i send pokemon from saphire to the pal park?. I inserted the cartridge and there is no option to send the pokemon in the main menu. Should i activate some other condition? (i,ve already arrived to fuschia city and i spoke to the man there)

Ursaring is meh. It's not too bad, but there are far better Pokemon for the Elite Four. Focus on Pokemon that have a type advantage.

Hey I was wondering when we get the one of the gym leaders number can we call them for a rematch right away or do they call us cause I just got Jasmine's number and she keeps give response over and over again and not going to the dojo (note its still the afternoon in the game and the right day to call her for the rematch but she won't go)

Where do you catch gible in Pokemon Soul Silver,

I know its in the safari zone, it requires 13 plain objects and 17 peak objects but,

what does 100 days mean? and after 100 days do i just run around in the tall grass.

I'm in Blackthorn City, with 7 badges. I'm sad to say I got here with under leveled pokemon. And I don't know where to train.. because most of the pokemon I see are like level 25 and under. All my pokemon are level 31-38 most of them 31-33. Where should I train?

a place where i trained for a while that gave pretty good experience points was on route 47 i believe under the safari gate entrance

When I was at Blackthorne, I trained down in route 45 with the Gravelers for my Grass and Water Pokemon. The Ice Path works for Fire types as well. For Electric, you can go to route 44 and use the water there. No wild Pokemon is going to be great experience, so it may take time, but it'll work.

Since you've been to Pal Park already, it should be unlocked. Remember that you MUST save after you talk to the man, you can talk to him and then turn off without saving.

First, Insert your Sapphire game before you turn on the DS. The game boot up will detect it, and display the option on the main menu. This option is on the second screen next to Mystery Gift.

You've got to use the same language GBA game as the DS game.

I'd actually play and save the Sapphire game, to make sure it's working. If the game wasn't saved properly you must fix that.

the new safari zone can be very confusing i dont know if you want to do this then but you could always just trade one over from diamond, pearl or platinum personally i think thatd be easier

I was looking at that when I was looking for how to get her number, got it then try calling for a rematch (still Wed afternoon 12:00 - 19:59) and she talks about there are stronger trainers then here bla bla.... and not say anything about a rematch. I also try pushing the clock back at 12 but the same reply or is this why she won't have a rematch?

Altering the clock can prevent some timed events to happen for another 24 hours. This could be the case.
