There were no glitches, nor am I wrong. I just have eyes, eyes that can see when something smudges together. Considering the amount of people who can't even tell when their computer's resolution is not set correctly I'm not surprised I'm in a minority here.

There's a difference between a computer screen and this. For one, a computer screen is huge, 3DS is not. Second, even at the wrong resolution, a computer's screen will still use the whole god damn screen. 3DS does not.

That depends on how you have your GPU or monitor configured, aspect ratio scaling is a common thing that exists and is highly recommended.
