Because it shows that Apple doesn't check if the game is infringing any copy right and that some app's developers are lazy and are trying to cash in by copying well known games.

They can but they will more likely send a cease and desist warning against the developers and tell apple to remove the game off the App stores.

That aside, I agree with the reasoning for bringing something that is a bit off-topic. That said, I will state something similar. Not that it's a bad thing but am I the only one who finds that Namco Bandai and Nintendo have been buddying up a tad more frequently?

If by "knocked down a few pegs" you mean "Nintendo losing the lawsuit and millions of dollars in court fees", then yeah that'd be pretty fun. Apple isn't really responsible for non-affiliated developers infringing copyright.

Now I only have 20 Kirby 20th Anniversarry pieces and a little more NSMB2 pieces left before having them all
And I have all the pinks, too~
