Because all situations are situational. I play handhelds in front of my computer all the time. I'd say it's definitely faster to just look on Serebii.
    Maybe I'm a horrible nerd.

I'll get it if there's a price drop.

I know there won't be, but then I just won't get it, lol.

    Mac or PC?

In all seriousness though, DROP this worthless discussion about the price!

Finally, someone from a pokemon site that actually agrees with me. It's the exact same as the book, but more portable. What's wrong with that?

I'm just mad about Ninja gaiden not making it on the eshop today...
    Mienshao became my favorite pokemon.

Why? Because it is SO CUTE!

Oh is this about the price?

I thought this was primarily about the value of the application.
I will not say I'm the best. But by Ash's standards, I'm pretty good.

Some of you need to look at this before you comment on what a Pokemon should learn. Some of you are okay but some of you need to look at this: http://www.serebii.net/attackdex-bw/ This is the attackdex, it is your friend.

No, it's mostly the price along with the value of the application in comparison to the price.

B-But if they do that, there won't be anything about it they can complain about!

I honestly think the quizzes are top-rate. Reminds me of those quizzes on Pokémon Stadium 2.

Wasn't planning on NG, but what happened with that PR slip-up?

The only thing I'm disappointed about at all with the Pokedex 3D Pro is that some of the animations are pretty clearly ripped straight from the older games. Ampharos and Sudowoodo are obviously still using their Stadium 2 animations, to name a few.

At least they finally updated all the original 150's animations, and up to Celebi seems to have newer/cleaned up models.

I'd really be happy to get it, but it's just too much (not complaining, just stating). I don't have that much to spend at the moment.

why dont you just look up the info on the 3ds web browser? you have to get out of the games to view the info anyway.

But anyway, is Colors! 3D worth getting? I've heard some good things about it, and I want to try it out.

I liked it, although I haven't played it for a while. It's a little expensive, but its the best art package on the 3DS. At least that I know of.

    Pros:
You can zoom in further than art academy. There's also an actual undo function, unlike art academy.
The resolution of images is pretty high. They're not the size of your tiny screen when you upload them to your computer.
The interface is simple and easy to pick up.
You can go back to earlier versions of your artwork and branch off from there is you want to try something different.
The play back function is great, whether your looking back over your own work, or watching how other people draw.
You'd think the 5 distinct layers of 3D would be pretty limiting, but its surprisingly easy to give the illusion of your art being a proper 3D object.

    Cons:
After a while, the undo function gets slower and slower. You can, however, fix that by saving your art and reloading it.
Once you've drawn for 6-7 hours on the same painting, the undo function outright stops working. You also lose the ability to branch after that point, so mistakes are crippling.
All the brushes are blurry, so pixel art is impossible.
5 layers isn't really enough for more complicated art.
There's no option to move or resize sections of your painting.
The community is a wretched hive or scum and hormones. There is plagiarism, trolling and social justice PSA's everywhere. Finding good, original art is difficult, and getting your work recognised more so. I made a few friends but it is really bad most of the time.
The playback feature lets you learn how other artists draw. Most of them directly trace over their reference picture. Usually not even their own picture.
For online, the compression doesn't work very well with the colour red, making it look blurrier. This isn't a problem for uploading to your SD card, however.

    Sprites will never truly die.
(Do not even dare do anything with this without my permission.)

Probably wanted to make it closer to Razor's edge. Let's just hope that NG won't go the same route as the two Sonic GG games I've been waiting for over FOUR MONTHS now for.

Well, I haven't been able to draw much on it, so I kus enjoy looking at other people's artworks. If you like to go through museums, and like video games, then this is probably a good choice to make. Certainly better than Liberation Maiden.

Do 3DS apps ever drop on price anyway? Cause it needs to.

But it doesn't. It's perfectly reasonable for what it offers.

Well, sometimes I think they get discounts, but I don't know about anything else beyond that.

Hey guys if I downloaded a game off the eshop, then lost my 3DS and bought a new one. Would there be any way to recover the game?
