The salt is real here!
I thought the 3DS version demo played well enough, at least.
They're also apparently going to make more streamlined paths you can take for those who gotta go fast, so there goes the most common criticism of that game.
Aww, so it's New-exclusive?
Figured that would be the case, given that it's a Wii U port (SSB barely runs on the OG as is, and that's a 2.5D fighter with four characters on screen max, not a Musou), but assuming it goes for the standard $40 MSRP with all the DLC, that's still pretty great.
Do we know who's porting it?

It's not confirmed at all to be New 3DS exclusive, in fact based on what was said in the Zelda thread, it's more then likely not due to the fact that the cover doesn't have Xenoblade's "only for N3DS" marker.
It's time to return to the old, soaring back to Hoenn!
Oh jeez...Blast Ball did resemble Metroid, but I didn't think it really was Metroid.
Well, Metroid Prime 4 is finally on its way. Yay?
so, 3DS is getting experimental rehashes with existing assets?
sounds like stopgap fare to fill out one last year of the 3DS's lifespan before giving it up to me
I formatted my DS but I have the SD card data on backup with a few save files, anyone know how to recover these?
But then again, if you did format it, you pretty much lost the rights to use the game files, except for photos. But save files, I think those can be still used for the games that don't prevent people from copying important stuff like Pokemon.
had the digital version of omega ruby on there. My save data for smash was recovered when i updated the game (cart), so it makes no sense i cant do the same for pokemon since i verified that save file was mine by logging in to eshop
A blue N3DS XL coming next month
Looks nice, I wish I can trade it for my current one.

GameStop currently has a $100 trade in offer for the n3DS if you trade any 3DS models. I think this might me the push for me to upgrade. How long does it take to do the system transfer in-store (I've deleted games with huge data but created back-up save file for games like Pokémon and Donkey Kong 3D)? Will system transferring also transfer my online account and CC data, or do I have to go to the eshop and remove my CC account from there?
Your OLD 3DS/2DS will be "factory reset", so no data such as Credit Card will exist on your old 3DS/2DS, however Photo and Music on your SD card will still readable.

I do own a N3DS, and been though this transfer in January.
Do the newer ones use IPS or TN screens?
I'm doing the system transfer now. I know it's horrible, but seeing it in front of me, I've still gotta complain. This is extreme backwards arse design. Having the microSD card be in the back and having to use a screwdriver to open it is caveman design. Hoping Nintendo get their sh@t together next gen hardware and OS design wise, because it's unacceptable in this day and age.
