Shiny starmie + LASER BEAM = Deoxys :D

hello everyone. i have a theory. Have you even seen a shiny starmie? it´s red and blue, just like deoxys.and it is said to be an alien, just like deoxys is said to be a mutated alien. Both of them are psychic,and have a blue orb( shiny version). Now put the pieces together
