Atk or Spec Atk?

In Gen4, individual moves got assigned their atk or spec atk. But in Gen3 and down, it was all dependent on why type of move you were using, I believe. I can't find the list from the main site anymore. Does anyone still know or have the list of all the types and which (of atk or spec atk) the type is effected by?

Attack:

Bug, Fighting, Flying, Ghost, Ground, Normal, Poison, Rock, and Steel.

Special Attack:

Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fire, Grass, Ice, Psychic, Water.
