I do as I've got infinite of them. Due to the previous owners "hacking" it has infinite Masterballs and Pokeballs. It's easier catching Cavahna in a MB than beat it while looking for a Feebas. I've still not found one yet.

Yeah, people do. Whether they hacked for Master Balls, accidentally used their Master Ball, or used a Master Ball for the shits and giggles.

Or if you get a Pokemon from Colosseum, which had an awesome Poke Ball glitch.

It's not unheard of. I have a Manectric I caught in Emerald with a cloned Master Ball just for the hell of it. While the notion that the OT would just casually use a Master Ball on something like that does seem worrying, it's not likely to be hacked just going by that.

Shiny parents don't affect the odds of Shiny offspring outside of G/S/C. Parents from different language games, however, actually will up the odds of hatching a Shiny (for instance, a male German Steelix bred with a female Spanish Garbodor has a much higher chance of producing Shiny Trubbish).

The only requirement for Masuda Method is the two Pokemon must originate from different languages. The language of your game doesn't matter.

IE: On an English cart, Masuda Method works for both English+Japanese and Italian+Japanese.

Masuda Method works when two different foreign pokemon breed (i.e. an English parent breeding with a Japanese parent, etc.). Unless you're talking about if a nationality has a higher rate of producing a shiny...any nationality works with another to raise the odds of a shiny appearing in an egg (Masuda Method) as long as it isn't two of the same nationality breeding. Hope this helps.

Yeah I'm on an English cart. What I'm asking is two foreign Pokemon better chance if a shiny, because English + Japanese is only one foreign pokemon if you get me.

Your card does not matter at all. As long as the parents are from different countries, it's fine. An English Pokémon on an English copy breeding with an Italian Pokémon will work.
