199. It honestly depends on if you piss him off. He usually just ignores everyone, but if you are out of line, or you piss him off, he throws you across the city. Or throws a streetlamp at you.

Last episode, a guy stuck a pen straight through his hand. He threw the guy three blocks into a truck, and then, as he was walking of, he pondered whether he needed a band-aid or super glue. He still had the pen through his hand.
