BPG and Lucs have given me the privilege to basically run a project here much like The Smog works for Smogon, with a new volume released every 3 or so weeks. Yes, it's a Web-Zine, but intended for the highlight of Dracaena and the Competitive Battling Spectrum. What I need is a member or two to help with each of the few roles, such as interviewer, cheif artist, journalist, or someone to run polls on pending topics or voting for specific nominees for certain "articles". PM me if you're interested. Once again, the spots available are;
