What do you mean, you could send one? You breed two Pokemon by taking two compatible Pokemon to the Daycare Center on Route 3. They always take two Pokemon there; you don't have to "unlock" it or anything.Originally Posted by moethedirt

I'm with CopyNinja; Foresight (or Odor Sleuth) is a good idea for the fourth move. My question about your EV spread, though, is why you are investing completely in Speed. Assuming you're going to be capturing roaming Pokemon with it (why else would you have Mean Look?), you need to invest in HP. Smeargle's only decent stat is Speed. His HP sucks. A lot. And along with terrible stats in Defense and Special Defense, I don't expect Smeargle to last through an entire battle with a roamer. I would give him an EV spread of 130HP/252ATK/126SPD because he needs to be able to take attacks or he's going to die, and Mean Look will die with him.
Of course, the other problem is that if he dies, your roamer will run away, so another good move for your fourth slot would be Baton Pass. Since there aren't any ghost roamers in B/W, you won't need Foresight or Odor Sleuth unless you're planning on using him for regular Pokemon. And if you're planning on doing that, then you don't need Mean Look. So here's my suggestions:
Smeargle being used for Roamers: False Swipe/Mean Look/Spore/Baton Pass
Smeargle being used for non-roamers: False Swipe/Spore/Recover:Milk Drink:Softboiled:Roost/Foresight:Odor Sleuth

Hey. I´ve noticed that, when you check a pokémon´s stats screen in BW, the stat names (attack, defense, etc.) appear in different colors. I´ve seen them appear in red, gray, blue and green. What does this mean? is it related to IVs or something? if so, in which way? what does each color mean??

It has to do with nature. I don't recall exactly, but depending on what that stat raises, it's shaded darker (iirc), and what it reduces is lighter.

It's related to your Pokemon's Nature. The stat that's boosted by its Nature gets highlighted in pink, while the stat that gets lowered is blue. The other stats are just normal coloured (stats are shown in only 3 colours, there's no green).
For example, if a Pokemon has an Adamant Nature (+attack -sp. attack), Attack will be coloured pink while Special Attack will be coloured blue.
