Can you Ev train with just items? Like once you use all the Vitamins for a stat, use wings witch are unlimited use? And if you played through the game with Samurott, now Lv 50, and then decide to Ev train it, just use Ev berries to reset the stats? Do I have to pay attention to Iv when Ev training or are they separate? Thanks!

Yes, you can use vitamins and wings to fully EV train a pokemon.
Yes, you can use EV berries to reset the EVs of your Samurott to zero.
IVs are completely separate from EVs, and they don't change. So they will not affect your EV training in any way.

Ice Shard could work for priority. Other than that, there's not that much that can replace Ice Punch I'm afraid.

It doesn't really make a difference, although battling for EVs save you money and you gain exp at the same time

I'm Portuguese and I live in Portugal. My DSi and 3DS were bought in Portugal as well. Will I have any problem if I order a white 2 game from the UK? Like, how different would it be from a Portuguese copy? Also, I use the Global Link a lot and go to Dream World. Would I be able to register that game?
It's 'cause I've been searching in many many shops here and sadly I can't find White 2 (nor Black 2).

I think it's a silly question really, because I've bought a game from the UK once and it worked perfectly. Also bought a French game recently (HeartGold) and it works fine too. Also played a Spanish Mystery Dungeon. I'm just asking 'cause I want to be sure.
Any help would be appreciated

Your systems are European, so your European games will work fine.

....just use the Iron Tail move tutor on B/W 2.

If you still want to do it via breeding, you can use a male Smeargle that has Sketched Iron Tail. Or get a Tauros from DW that knows Iron Tail.

Another way, is to get a male Aron/Lairon/Aggron (which learns Iron Tail via level-up) and breed it with a female Rhyhorn/Rhydon/Rhyperior, until you get a male Rhyhorn with Iron Tail. Then, breed the male Rhyhorn with a female Sentret/Furret.

Thank you very much for the response. I hate collecting shard for the move tutor and I already have a back log of moves to teach that way, plus I wanted to breed it at level 1 and try to beat White 2 with an all normal type team.

Is there any information about leveling up join avenue without internet? I am unable to connect my ds to the internet My router uses a different encryption method that isn't supported . It's really.. really slow to level.

Right now I only get 3 visitors per day and am still level 2 join avenue and 1 level 2 shop. . I also have two raffle shops, a dojo (it's lvl 2), berry store, market, and haircut store.

After defeating the Elite 4, you can go to Victory Road to have access to N's Castle, where Zoroark was blocking. Go there and battle N with his Zekrom, then you'll get Dark Stone from N. Take the Dark Stone and go to Dragonspiral Tower and capture Zekrom. Once Zekrom was captured, you then can go to Giant Chasm. Catch Kyurem, then it'll leave the DNA Link behind, so you can change Kyurem's form.

You probably want to ask that in the right help thread, but you can't catch it at that point in the game regardless.
