Psycic Politoed, I'm having the same problem too. I've caught a winter Deerling, but my Autumn one won't change

I'm pretty sure that if they're in a box when the season changes, they stay the season they are until they aren't in a box when the season changes.

Ok, why can't I get rid of pokerus. It used to be that any pokemon with the pokerus status left in the party when the day changed lost pokerus and a period or something was left on the pokemon's summery page showing it had and now lost pokerus.

I left my team I ev trained out of the box yesturday and when I played today, they all still have pokerus. They're done ev training, I don't want them to have pokerus anymore. I also don't want it to spread to other pokemon I have been wanting to keep in the party.

What's going on?

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've finished the 7th gym in white version, and gone to Dragonspiral Tower, and witnessed N leaving with the legendary. I went back down, and was told to go to Relic Tower. I went inside Relic Tower but now I'm stuck... I keep reading that Cheren should have met up with me when entering, but nothing happens.

there are two entrances, and you're at the wrong one. head east from where you are tilll you see some steps leading down from a load of statues... that's the one

So I've completed the game, but my Black City has nothing and no-one in it. Nada. Zip. Have I done something wrong? I'm sure I heard something about how you fill it up by communicating with other people...but I've traded with like 30 people and still nothing.

Help?

@Frankie...From my experience, active PKRS seems to stick around a bit longer this gen.

And I think you have to use wireless and not wifi to get npcs to show up.

Can someone tell me what's wrong here? I went to Dragonspiral tower and witnessed N run away with the legendary dragon pokemon. I proceeded to Relic Tower, as instructed by Cheren and the Champion, but now I'm stuck. I've looked online, and have been told that as I enter Relic Tower, Cheren should appear-But nothing, and I'm confused; There's nowhere to go from there.

Even after reading your explanation above, I still don't understand why you want to get rid of the PokéRus so badly. It only helps you.

As always, time eliminates the virus. When it goes away, you're just left with the (-_-) face as usual.

In Generation V

The mechanics remain more or less the same. However, a difference would be that the icon that would appear if a Pokémon has previously had Pokérus would be a pinkish color instead of the former yellow/orange color. In addition, the duration of the presence of the virus appears to have been decreased to one day.

That's your opinion. I came to this thread to ask a question. I don't see why you had to include that to your first post replying to me. It just wasn't needed is all.

And they were left out of the box for multiple days at this point. I may have put them back in the box before leaving them outside before the day changed. Does that reset the time or something? Would they have to be out of the box for twenty-four hours when the day changes?

Mine always seems to go away after midnight, like always. I'm usually training and I forget to put them up so that their Pokerus doesn't go dormant. By the time I've thought about it, its usually 2-ish (am). Maybe you have to battle with them now? Doesn't really make sense, though..

I have been battling, it just doesn't seem to go away and it's still spreading to other pokemon in my party who don't have it already.

At one point I thought it was because I changed dses, but I've been using the same ds for the past two days and even when left out, they still have pokerus. :/

You have to use the Entralink to connect with people. It's under wireless on your C-Gear. But if you messed with the clock, then you have to use the Entralink, and connect with someone who has Pokemon White. Then you have to go to their White Forest and talk to the trainers there so they will appear in your Black City. I was wondering, though, if you make Thunderus faint, and beat the E4, do his IVs reset, and can he become shiny?

PokéRus doubles effort values. But that's unimportant to you at this point. PokéRus traditionally wears off in a day. In my experience, if you battle with the infected Pokémon, it wears off faster. If you put a Pokémon in a PC Box, it will keep PokéRus and it will continue to spread. Even after the infection is gone, the effects of PokéRus still remain.

Let me try and clarify. If it's in the pc, it keeps the status that says pokerus and you can take the pokemon with it out to spread it to other pokemon. And when pokerus is gone, what it helped you with stays. Is that what you were saying? I know how pokerus works, I just don't know how to get rid of it in this game. Has any one else experienced that battling with a pokerus pokemon wears it off faster? That doesn't seem like it'd make a difference. But if others noticed this, it may.

And the everstone is a gift from the guy at the top left of the Pokemon Center there if you have ten different trainer ids.
