Slowbro is a fully evolved Pokemon, it doesn't evolve into anything, so the eviolite will not work on it nor will it work on Slowking. Slowpoke is the only one in that evolutionary line that it works on.

Eviolite's bonus is purely based on whether or not the Pokemon can still evolve. It has nothing to do with EV yield.

Eviolite does not work with Slowbro.

Good news! I FINALLY hatched a male shiny Mankey after countless eggs! Sassy nature w/ Vital Spirit, sadly... But it's perfect in Defense! I was thinking with the eventual Primeape's moveset to be Rock Slide, Cross Chop, U-Turn and a filler move (any suggestions?). Also, any help with the EV spread of this particular Mankey? (Stats: HP:12, Atk:6, Def:6, Sp. Atk:6, Sp Def:6 Spd:5)

darmaka will be more useful than pansear in the long term and help you past the bug gym

ya but it sounds like he hasn't even got to nacrene yet, and pansear will beat that gym regardless, it's the easiest one in the game imo.

On the route past the second town there is blitzle, a good electric poke, or woobat which is psychic/flying in the cave. Both wouldn't be bad. You could also get a timburr just past nacrene city once you get there, it's useful for beating the nacrene gym leader.

Yes. Trade them to RSEFRLG, then migrate to DPPtHGSS and trade them over to Black and White from there. It's awkward, but possible.

Me First copies the opponent's attack and uses it at 1.5 power. So, for example, if the opponent used Crunch, and you used Me First, your Crunch's power would be 120 (80 X 1.5). You must be faster than your opponent for the move to work, and your opponent must be using an attacking move.

Nearly every single Pokemon can learn Hidden Power, however, the Type of Hidden Power depends on IV's. Hidden Power can be 15 different types, and can have a different power than what it says. As stated before, type advantage doesn't determine who will win. However, you might rely on it the most. What you mostly rely on is type advantage, stats, how much it trained, and S.T.A.B. ( Same Type Attack Bonus). The slightest change in any of these can change the results in the end of the battle.
