I traded a good amount the past days, and then I updated the first part of my Shop, the Flawless ones. I still need to update 20 Events. In "off line" mode, I leveled up some of my Pokés. Before that, I needed to get some Deru Balls to get more Exp from battles. So I stole my brother's DSi and got 300 of 'em. Beat Morimoto, Bianca and some Staduim Trainers, including the double battles. While doing this my Pickuper got a Rare Candy.
I've done a couple of trades, but for the most part It's been pretty quiet in that regard for me. Got a flawless DW Porygon NOT owned by Mat, so that was a pretty huge get for me. I was fully expecting one given that most DW Porygon I've seen have had his OT, and the same person that traded me this one traded me Mat's DW Torchic. That was a pleasant surprise. It's UT except for it's moveset, which is completely different. That hurts it's value a bit, but IDC. I also got a shiny Swanna. That was more of an impulse trade, but it's legit and the sprite looks good by 5th gen standards.
Other than that I've been training my multigen team. Here are some brief thoughts on my team so far.
Sandile: Trained him up to level 15. I don't know how I feel about this one quite yet. It has very high attack and speed, but it's pretty mediocre in everything else. I'm probably going to try and put EV's into those two stats, but this thing looks like a glass cannon right now. Also, no Moxie on the one I have now, which sucks. If he impresses me, I'll be sure to run that ability and put a beneficial nature on him. He looks like he can do major damage if raised right.
Rufflet: Trained to 15. I really like this guy. He's showing the same attack/speed dominance that Sandile has, but his other stats are a lot more balanced. It has a Naive nature now, but If I were to do another one I would change it to Jolly. I want him to strike fast and often.
Bulbasuar: Trained to 15. Bulbasuar has always been my favorite starter. It has a nice mix of physical and status moves, and his base stats are nice and balanced. Haven't figured out what role he's playing yet.
Quilava: Trained to 25. Has a good Special Attack stat, and it's pretty quick, too. He has a decent amount of moves to choose from, too. Pretty happy with him right now.
Shellder: Trained to 25. VERY high defense, and it's attack stats aren't too bad, either. My only complaint is that it's a pretty slow level up curve. It's going to take a while to get to shell smash lol.
Haven't touched Joltik yet. So there's my thoughts about my team right now. Like I said, I know it sucks competitively, but I'm trying to get my feet wet by learning the ins and outs of individual pokemon first lol.
A few things about myself:
Spoiler:- About:
A slow day for me, my White version should have arrived by now but is hasn't for some reason.
After spending the last few days capturing Pokemon, I decided I'd spend some time today EV training for a new Super Singles Subway Battle team. I have NO idea who will be in it, I am just gonna' train a few OU Pokemon and use my favourites.
I EV trained a Skill Link Shellder today, was a nice and easy 252 Atk/252Speed.
Its got Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Razor Shell and I'm training it up at the E4 for Shell Smash now. I have battled competitively with a Cloyster a lot before and am left in no doubt that this Cloyster will be powerful too
The other day I let a few of my Dragon power houses loose on the Elite Four but today my Bug types were looking at me expectantly so I slapped Exp. Share on Shellder (who I named Shiva) and let my Bug Gym team wreak some havoc. Was fun![]()
I was going to Fly over to Nimbassa on my Volcarona (who is called Mother) to challenge the trainers in the Sports Domes but my DS battery started flashing red, and therin lies the end of my adventures for today.
See you tomorrow![]()

Recently, I decide to EV Train my Flawless Event Deoxys. So, yesterday, I gave it a Power Anklet and did so only to mess up halfway through the training. 155 EVs, but forgot to add the Carbos first! I realised this after doing my Special Attack, so they had to be redone. I completed that, and began to grind it's levels up. LV53 when I finished the EV Training, so continuing on. But it's so damn frail, I struggle training it. =(

After loosing 2 times to Pokemon Gym Leader Drayden, I finally beat him when I used my Druddigon. I didn't even have to switch pokemon this time. And after all I went through to go and catch myself a Cubchoo (in my game it's Autumn right now so that did take a little while)! And I paid so much money after leaving it in the day care (ok, only 300 but I was running low)! Thats sort of disappointing. Oh well. I know the Elite 4 will be a challenge.
I don't meqan to overshadow anyone, but...
i just poke Transferred oner 40 pokemon and am now misssing less than 6 legendaries.
My friends, if perfect insanity was fire, I'd be the person to use a roman candle to light a firework next to a max-power oven while wearing 3 wool sweaters with a TV on for 20 days straight non-stop while my house is on fire. Yeah, I'm that crazy.

As far as Pokemon is concerned, it's been a pretty frustrating day.
My White version FINALLY arrived and I was glad that I'd be able to go through the story again with a new team of Pokemon I've not used before, without having to delete the hundreds of hours on my Black.
Then I realised you can't trade on B/W until after the first gym, and you've done the whole Dream Yard ****. SO. ANNOYING. Especially seeing as I needed a Snivy and Tepig on my Black for my Dex, so I had to play with Tepig all the way to the Dream Yard, trade Tepig over, reset, then do it again with Snivy - the most useless starter ever. Took almost two hours, even with my skipping the text b/c of how ****ing useless Snivy is. Annoying that they made him look so cool.
Then I remembered that I'd gotten sidetracked the other day and hadn't finished breeding the eggs for my new team so I had to do that. Then I realised that I had to breed a Zorua with Dark Pulse. I was told to use either Weavile/Lucario with Dark Pulse, but I didn't have any Dark Pulse TM's on my 4th Gen games but I thought NO WORRIES will just use a Heart Scale on Lucario. Then I realised I had no Heart Scales. So I put my Platinum in, head over to the E4 and start fishing for Luvdisc's for a Heart Scale, took 30 mins at least. Then - and this bit hurts - I found out that I'd transfered my shiny male Lucario to 5th gen, and the only Lucario I had on my 4th Gen games was female and wouldn't breed the egg move. /slit wrists
So I plugged my Heart Gold in, caught a Smeargle, transfered it to 5th gen, entered a double battle with Smeargle and Hydreigon and then made it sketch its Dark Pulse. Then I had to breed the Smeargle with my female Zoroark, and then breed the offspring with my Timid Ditto. I hate these games sometimes.
Then I spent HOURS transferring FOUR FECKING eggs at a time over to my White, which took a ****ing age each to hatch without the bike. I kept getting the right natures, on the wrong gender. RAWR.
Finally, I hatched a team that I was okay with, but am too exhausted and pissed off now to EV them like I planned to back on my Black lol. I just wanna chill and enjoy the story again. But before that I did transfer them back to Black and get them all quickly to around level 20ish.
So yeah, my next few entries will be about my adventures in white, here is my team:
- Oliver (M); Level 20
- Law (M); Level 20
- Sybil (F); Level 18
- China (F); Level 18
- Siri (F); Level 23
- Aldo (M); Level 20
We're on our way to Nacrene City now, catch you all tomorrow.

Raichu is #1 Forever!!!
The team and I travelled through the night to Narcene City. The road was long, but we met and battled a lot of trainers travelling through the night too, including a bunch of kids messing about in their school's playground, on the outskirts of Striaton.
The team was handling the steady stream of battle offers, and we took a deserved break at the lake just outside of Narcene. I was glad to see the team getting along really well, Oliver keeps playing pranks on everybody, particularly Aldo. Lucky he's got a good sense of humour xD Siri had been kinda quiet though, she had won all the battles I had used her in but idk.
We arrived in Narcene at dawn and what a beautiful little town. The sound of musicians every where, the atmosphere is so chilled and cool.
After taking in the sights and getting some coffee at a cute little cafe, I decided to head to the Gym. I felt we were ready for the battle, little did I know Lenora would have me scuttling around her library looking for clues first. We had a great battle, Oliver, disguised as Law, was in the process of taking down her second Pokemon before his disguise fell, and even then I kept her on her toes by actually sending in Law to deal with her Watchog.
Immediately afterwards, we were alarmed to find that annoying Team Plasma was causing trouble again. A guy called Burgh showed up, and I followed him into Pinwheel Forest to track down the thieves. The place is pretty creepy but I was in such a rush I didn't notice, and Aldo was by my side taking care of any trainers or wild Pokemon that were intent on distracting me.
After the commotion had been solved I embarked on the long journey to Castelia City, where I spent a few days taking in the size of it. My favourite building is the battle tower, where all the workers challenged me to battles.
After resting up, I felt ready to challenge Burgh, who I'd seen battling Plasma before and knew to be a tough opponent. Before I could, though, I bumped into Cheren who had just won the badge for himself. Burgh then came outside and told me that Plasma had been reported to be causing ever more trouble, only to find out they'd stolen Bianca's Munna. We tracked em down and easily got her Pokemon back, with the help of China.
I then entered Burgh's gym. The honey walls really messed my hair up, it's a stupid gym. Sybil destroyed any trainer that approached me; her Rock and Flying typing meant that all she had to do was sneeze and all the bug Pokemon would faint lol.
Sybil dispatched of Burgh's Whirlipede with ease, and then Aldo took center stage against his Leavanny. His abilty Hustle made the fight a lot more challenging that it should have been lol, but we emerged victors.
After the battle Siri made it clear that she was not a fighter, so I sent her back to study with Juniper where she seems much more comfortable. I was a bit annoyed to be a team member down but a few days later, I caught a mischevious little Litwick that had been pranking me in one of Castelia's alleyways. I caught her and named her Juliet. She is as mischievous as Oliver; a match made in Heaven.
Anyways, I am just currently preparing myself to battle Bianca, who wants me to meet her at the gateway to Route 4, here is the team:
- Oliver (M); Level 25
- Law (M); Level 24
- Sybil (F); Level 24
- China (F); Level 25
- Juliet (F); Level 25
- Aldo (M); Level 25
EDIT: I am really enjoying playing through again with a team of really cool Unova Pokemon that I'd not used in my previos run-throughs. I am pretty sure though that after I complete the story line with the current team, and have completed all the necessary post-E4 stuff, I'll transfer the team over to my Black and start again with a Bug-Mono team. I am finding it difficult not having a single bug on this team but am determined to only use Pokemon I've not used before xD

Played a little bit of Black today. I decided to go catch a few Pokemon for my Pokedex, since I only had like 77 caught. -_-
First, I caught a Gothorita on Route 9. It took me two Ultra Balls to catch, plus it was really annoying to weaken because it kept spamming Flatter. Once I caught it, I flew to Icirrus City where I caught a Shelmet and a Palpitoad. Those two were much easier to weaken and only took one ball to catch each.
Also, I got a copy of Black for my sister a few days ago. I think she has one badge so far. Surprisingly, the only thing she's asked me to do on her game so far was getting the Zekrom event over wi-fi for her. :P
Thanks to aclover for the trainer card
Well a lot has happened since my last entry.
I battled Bianca at the gateway to Route 4 and won, Cheren shared a similar fate further down the road.
Explored route 4 and the Desert Resort, enjoyed all the battles.
Finally we arrived in Nimbassa City, and what a great city it is, with lots to do. Explored the Subway and took a little side trip to Anvil Town. Checked out the sport domes, and battled a few of the sports guys. Explored the musical hall, but that's not really my thing. Lastly, I relaxed at the amusement park, where I found Plasma and N. After dealing with them, I challenged Elesa. The gym is really great, and her Zebstrika was a bit of a challenge, it took down 4 of my 6 Pokemon, but Sybil ending up taking him down with a Quick Attack.
Afterwards I explored route 16, and the Lostlorn forest, a beautiful place. Then I continued my journey alone the route to the left of Nimbassa and bumped into Cheren and Alder, the Unova champion. To my surprise, Oliver evolved after beating Cheren's Pignite. I'll beat Alder one day. Elesa got Clay to lower the bridge but then informed us that Plasma had escaped in the ruckus.
Cheren and I tracked them down in the Cold Storage pretty easily and China evolved in the process of destroying them. I then made my way to Clay's gym where Ghetsis was making some speech. The gym was pretty funky. I had Law take down his Krokorok and China went 1v1 with Clay's Excadrill, winning me my 5th badge.
I am now on my way to Chargestone Cave, under Clay's instruction.
The team:
- Oliver (M); Level 32
- Law (M); Level 32
- Sybil (F); Level 32
- China (F); Level 33
- Juliet (F); Level 32
- Aldo (M); Level 32
Oliver still plays his pranks even though he has evolved. He is more serious in battle though. Law and China kinda keep to themselves as they always have, although China has kinda taken on the role of the 'mother' of the team. Juliet is the weakest fighter, but she always tries her best and is Oliver's partner in crime with the pranks. Aldo is always the butt of Oliver's and Juliet's jokes but he takes it well and is always laughing. Sybil is just a silly bird, one of the most powerful fighters though.

I cant believe it.
I battled a legendary Pokemon.
Me. little ole me.
Had i been alone, I would have been eaten alive or something. Thankfully, I had my team with me. Peaches and Kachina were a big help. Without them, I would’ve been a goner.
Cobalion was a fierce foe. His growls made my skin crawl. Somehow, his fur was still shiny as if he hadn’t been in hiding in a dark cave for years. Truly amazing.
But getting to Cobalion wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Large boulders and dim lighting made the trek virtually impossible for a lone traveler. But with the help of my Pokemon, I was able to push forward and encounter the beast.
After our battle, I used a potion on the legendary musketeer. Immediately, his demeanor changed from hatred to love. After brushing his fur, I left.
I couldn’t take him. I just couldn’t. Could you imagine what havoc that would wreak? The entire world would be thrown off balance!
Well, maybe that’s a going a little overboard. But still.
Im speechless. I better call mom. And Bianca. And I guess Cheren too.

I've been 5% Poke's hunting lately and have so-far got: Clefable, Milotic, Politoad, Lapras and Kingdra! Really happy with my catches but Have been arguing with myself as to which of the four water types I should have on my team.
I've beaten the game but not completed the Dex or E4 for the second time though.
