    Conkeldurr@Lum Berry/Rawst Berry/Black Belt/Big Root
    Brave - Iron Fist

    -Drain Punch/Mach Punch
    -Bulk Up
    -Payback

    You're gonna want to use this for Trick Room Conkeldurr. Hammer Arm is boosted by Iron Fist, dealing massive 180 damage to your opponent. Drain Punch or Mach Punch is up to you, to be boosted by Bulk Up to deal serious damage. Both get boosted by Iron Fist and gain STAB, coinciding with Black Belt and Big Root for your item choice. Obviously, you'd want to use Big Root if you're going with Drain Punch. Payback is your preferred Dark attack, so that you aren't open to Ghost types. It also helps when Trick Room wears away and Conkeldurr has enough boosts under his belt.

    Lum Berry is the preferred item here since most people are going to assume you're running Guts, which most Conkeldurr's have. Once the deception wears away, they won't hesitate to Will o Wisp you, which is where Lum Berry comes in handy. Rawst Berry is also a listed option because, while Lum Berry also cures Burns, Rawst Berry will leave Poison and Paralysis alone, meaning Conkeldurr will be Burn proof and his attack is untouched.

    If you want to use Guts, I'd recommend Gurdurr.

    -Payback/Foresight/Wide Guard

    Defensive Gurdurr. Bulk Up as soon as you can, as much as you can. Guts is to reverse status, like Burn especially, giving Drain Punch even more power. Mach Punch for priority, and Payback for coverage. Or, you could run Foresight to hit Ghosts, support teammates like this. Wide Guard is also on the set so that Gurdurr can actually do something for its teammates in Doubles and Triples.

    u cant get dreamworld moves for gen 5 pokemon yet. so although this is a good pokemon, u cant have iron fist

    as for gurdurr, he has poor defenses and his attack is sub par with a base of 105 rather than the massive 140 of conkledurr.

    a guts conkledurr, if made right, can be anyones nightmare

    This is my cloyster. Chople berry to weaken fighting type moves (better item?). 236 speed EVs to outspeed scarfed base 108’s (cloyster is scared of infernape). If I run max speed I will be one point short of outrunning scarfed base 110’s after shell smash. I was thinking if I should use waterfall or razor shell. The 50% chance to lower defense with razor shell is appealing but I like waterfall’s base power, accuracy and its tiny flinch chance too. So what do you think? I mainly need help on the item and either waterfall or Razor shell.

    Poor Defenses? The guy has 128 base Def with Eviolite, far more than Conkeldurr.

    And I know Iron Fist Conkeldurr isn't out yet. The set is there for when it comes out, though.

    Rotom-W @ Leftovers?
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Sp. Atk/Speed, 6 HP
    Nature: Modest/Timid?
    - Thunder
    - Hydro Pump
    - Signal Beam
    - Pain Split

    This Rotom is planned for my rain team. Thunder has perfect accuracy in rain and has STAB. Hydro Pump is for more STAB. Signal Beam takes care of Rotom-W's only weakness (grass) and is stronger than any HP. Pain Split is for recovery. Leftovers is planned for more recovery but I don't know exactly how useful it will be. As for the nature, I'm torn between the two. I'm mainly looking for item and nature help, but any help will be appreciated.

    Brave - Hustle
    252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    -Protect
    -Stone Edge
    -Sucker Punch
    -Earthquake

    It's amazing what Hustle can do with just 55 base Atk. Be warned. You'd want to use this on a Gravity team or a Sweet Scent user. Ideal for Doubles and Triples.

    Brave - Natural Cure
    252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    -Mirror Coat
    -Endeavor
    -Explosion
    -Sucker Punch

    Excellent suicide lead. Mirror Coat or Endeavor when you know you're about to die. Explosion is not that good this gen, so you can still use it or Stealth Rock. Sucker Punch is for priority, especially with Endeavor.

    Other than that, I got nothing.

    -Mirror Coat
    -Recover
    -Scald
    -Light Screen/Stealth Rock/Protect

    Intended for repeated Mirror Coat usage. Mirror Coat to use Mirror Coat, Recover to Recover for Mirror Coat to Mirror Coat. Scald is your STAB of choice, as a Water attack and to discourage physical attackers, as well as luring in more Special attackers to use Mirror Coat on. Last move is up to you. Light Screen for support and to use Mirror Coat more easily. You'll find Corsola being really good in Sand when you're amping up her Sp.Def. Stealth Rock for more support, which is legal with Regenerator as a special move from Dream World. Protect to stall for Lefties and maybe Sandstorm damage. Either ability is up to you, but both emphasize switching.

    Take your pick.

    - Rest
    - Lava Plume / Inferno

    Is the best you gonna get. Lava Plume because it can burn... But eh, that gets in the way of Toxic, but hey, at least then you become super bulky on both sides of the spectrum. Also it kills Steels and Some Poisons. Inferno burns better as compared to Lava Plume, but it's inconsistent. Also you could dump Sleep Talk somwhere but REALLY. where?

    Maybe use a neutral nature, also I don't think yawn is nessecary and since you have white smoke do you need white herb as well? Maybe use lefties.

    ^ White Smoke doesn't prevent a Pokémon from lowering its own stats, so White Herb is pretty much a necessity on Shell Smash sets.

    - Sludge Bomb/?

    This mostly a wall, obviously. Amnesia increases her low Special Defense, Leech Seed and Giga Drain harm the opponent and heal me, and Sludge Bomb's there because I couldn't think of anything else. It's mostly the EVs I'm questioning.
    I made a similar set for Cryogonal (Acid Armor to increase its ridiculously low Defense), and it seems to work pretty well. assuming I can set it up, of course.

    Anyways, toxic or sleep powder over sludge bomb since poison is a horrible offensive type. Also amnesia isn't ideal with regenerator as to heal you need to switch which remoes amnesia's boost...

    Yes, that is a bad thing, but since I'm not planning on using her in a Sunny Day team, her other two abilities are completely useless. At least Regenerator can be useful.

    Okay. What about the EVs? Are they good? Because of her naturally high Defense, I thought it might be a good idea to invest less in Defense and more in something else, but I'm not sure...

    Well the basic rule for defensive pokemon is max HP before touching the other defenses so use 252 hp, 252 spdef, 4 def but keep bold nature.

    It looks ok to me. Normaly I would use a defensive set for the rotom forms but that works too.
