You can't force someone to do the dub, that'll be unfair for the producers who wish to whatever they want with it.

Just because it isn't dubbed doesn't mean she won't. Since its the Japanese anime that matters, not the dub.

yeah you're right, im just assuming that they'll continue the pattern and bring back the main girl from the past generation for a cameo at least.
