I'll post my question at the top, the Celebi I have available has Hidden Power Water, should I change my ideal moveset to occupy a Water Hidden Power?
or would that set work with Hidden Power water?

Hidden power water would deal with fire types i suppose, so i son't see a problem
But if i were you I'd get ride of earthquake on gliscor's set for substitute- he's the ultimate toxic stall then.

Leftovers > LIfe Orb on Reuniclus. The point of Calm Mind, those EVs and Recover is to accumulate 1 or more Calm Minds and then tank everything. Leftovers will be a big help.

252 HP / 72 Spd / 180 Def on Gliscor. This spread outspeeds neutral base 70s like Breloom or Politoed while retaining much of your physical bulk.

Hidden Power [Water] isn't the best, as it still leaves you walled by Dragon types and such. I can't help but find that Recover takes up a valuable moveslot here, especially when you already have a slow, bulky Psychic type attacker in Reuniclus. I'd go with this:

Assuming it uses those exact Moves, you're screwed. I'll help you out with this problem a little later on in this Rate.

Leftovers > Choice Scarf on Tyranitar, and Fire Blast > Pursuit to hit Ferrothorn and co.

Althought Gyro Ball is a solid STAB for Forretress, tbh Volt Switch is better for escaping Magnezone or just switching in an appropriate counter.

Substitute > Ice Fang on StallScor, it allows it to further stall things that it outspeeds, and neutral Earthquake does more than 2x SE Ice Fang.

Celebi just dosen't seem to do well with NP, as Scizor comes in, takes any of it's Attacks and can KO with Pursuit or U-turn, so I'd use 56 Hp / 252 SpA / 200 Spe to outspeed Mamoswine, and run Hidden Power [Ice] / Leaf Storm / Psychic / U-turn + Life Orb.

I'd honestly scrap Celebi however as it does little to help with the Landorus problem and Scizor is all over it, leaving your Team very weak to Rain Teams once Celebi is removed. To remedy this and help with the Landorus problem, I'd run Scarf Keldeo with Hidden Power [Bug] / Surf / Secret Sword / Icy Wind > Celebi, Keldeo fears no Moves from Scizor and can OHKO Landorus lacking an RP Boost. It also annihilates Celebi on the switch in with Hidden Power [Bug].

I actually had a slight feeling of dread when you started talking about swapping Celebi, I really like Celebi. Easily in my top five favorite Pokemon, but I actually really enjoy Keldeo as well, not as much, but I can live with it. :3

Hidden Power [Bug] is meant to hit other Celebi as they switch in, but you can also use Hidden Power [Dark] or Hidden Power [Ghost] as they hit Jellicent and still hit Celebi for solid damage. However, Jellicent will most likely be weared down by all of the Hazards and Gliscor's Toxic, so it may not be as much of a problem, but just beware it walls Keldeo.

*Implying Landorus would use Earth Power*. LO Sand Force Earthquake still 2KOes Forry, but thanks to that pesky Spdef boost only Earthquake has a chance to KO T-tar.

There aren't nearly enough Celebi running around to warrant using Hidden Power [Bug]. Use HP [Ghost] as after Icy Wind, only Jellicent can take Keldeo's STAB moves.

uh, uturn and earth power are almost never found on the same set. Reuniclus walls the special variants, and forretress can tank the physical ones. in addition gliscor will check anything without hidden power, but that's not too reliable. landorus is a bit of an issue sure but it doesn't 'tear this team apart' lol.

Then predict that and use HP [Ghost], Icy Wind or even a double switch if you feel a bit ambitious. It's just that if the opponent doesn't have Celebi at all, then Hidden Power [Bug] is pretty much useless. iirc Celebi's usage is about 8% or something.

People still carry it a fair amount, and if it's running a Bulky set it's only 3HKOed with Hidden Power [Ghost]; but in return Celebi can 2HKO.

Tyranitar may be able to deal with Celebi, but the offensive one's running Leaf Storm 2HKO.

It's looking better, but as I've said I think a Scarf on Keldeo would benefit your Team better, as you also lack a Revenge Killer. Also use Hidden Power [Ghost] / [Bug] instead of Hidden Power [Ice], as you already have Icy Wind.
