I've just noticed that when you are waking up your Pokemon, if you look in their dream bubble, you can see the Pokemon that you transferred. Neat! :P

Oh. The EV reducing berries are found on the Dream World now? That's great for the people who've been seeking them since Black and White were released. I personally don't care about those berries, but I might be able to trade some around if I locate any of them. I've only found common stuff like Oran Berries and Sitrus Berries, but I'll keep an eye out for the EV reducing kind. I'm assuming that you need to have a certain amount of Dream Points before you locate them?

The Dream World is good for catching Pokemon, but not much else, the Social side of it is totally bull, you can't talk to people or add your friends or battle or trade Pokemon or anything, you can just float around their house and water their plants, I may as well be playing by myself [/criticism]

No, the EV berries aren't findable right now. Everyone starts with 5 of a random berry, I'm guessing thats any berry, so even ones you can't find normally. Some people must have just gotten lucky with the EV ones

So getting the EV reducing berries is based on luck? Darn. I wanted to use them as trade fodder, but I guess I won't be able to. But yeah, I should be able to access the Dream World now. My time was reset last night, but I didn't want to go on yet since I was tired and all. I'm off to add some new Dream World friends as well as transfer over a Dream World Mareep. I bet I'll find tons of Pokemon today, but most will probably be male since that's just my luck :c

Like I said in my post above yours, changing systems puts a lock on the game for 24 hours, so if you alternate a lot, you'll empty out your forest/city, and be prevented from connecting to dream world. I'm pretty sure you should be able to connect from a different DS if you only play with the new one for more than 24 hours, though.

Erm, does "playing for more than 24 hours" means I really have to on the DS for 24 hours or I can just on, save, switch off, and return 24 hours later?

Oh, there isn't a permanent lock for DW for Game Sync IDs, only a 24 hour "ban"? If that's the case, I think I'll start using DW. I don't see myself getting a 3DS in months at least (The current games have no appeal), and the borrowed DS' owner isn't in any hurry at all for it back. The only reason I abstained from DW was because I thought DW recognised only 1 Game Sync forever. Can anyone verify if they could use DW after switching DSes and getting past the 24 hr limit?

It feels deprived of half your fun when you're not playing DW when you know you can, simply because of possible permanent future issues like this.

i had a realy hard time choosing but chose the female mareep with shock wave.

right, with the dream world malarky, if i put a pokemon in, and leave it in there, even after i have done my hour, what happens then, is the only upside of doing that is that the pokes on my friend board builds up and that means i can take more back to entralink forest. i would just like some help as i am completely confused

It's luck on starting with them, you can still find them on other people's trade shelf and grow hordes of them if you wanted :P

Not sure about the game sync thing, but yes I meant you just have to wait 24 hours, don't have to play for the whole thing :P

No, if there is a pokemon on your friend board, you can't wish for another one. There really isn't a benefit of not waking up your Pokemon, unless you want to try for levels(if you gain 500+ points in one sleep, the Pokemon will gain a level when you wake it up, or so I've heard)

You can't yet, look at the announcement on the global link site, it will be announced when it is released, most likely May 5th.

I believe it's a 50% chance if the mother has a DW ability and the father is not a ditto.

With a female parent with the Hidden Ability, the offspring has a 40% chance of inheriting the Hidden Ability.

And I noticed that some people have been mentioning about meeting A LOT of pokemon in a day. How do you do that? I usually only befriend 3ish pokemon. It is so hard to get what I want. =(

When you get to the end, go back to your house and try again without making a wish. All of the Pokemon you met on your previous visit will be there.

What i do is, the request appear in the.. carpet in the entrance of your house, just go to the people that requested it's home and click "become dream pal"

How can I make more than one pokemon appear on the friend board?

As far as I know, I can only wish for one pokemon at the dream tree, and I can't visit the dream forest again until I wake my pokemon up and transfer the befriended pokemon from the friend board to the entralink.

Just curious, since the explanation images shown by Dr. Fennel shows 2 pokemon on the friend board O_o
