Banner is cute and suits the upcoming Halloween, however that red text... Just looks aweful underneath. The colours clash to much, a calmer shade of red could really help at least. And a different font... a Halloweeny one maybe.

@ jb08045: 6/10 - To be honest, I don't like the new text anymore than the old one. The drop shadow effect and the reflection look pretty convoluted together, at least on my skin. Since your banner is simple, I think simpler text would look better with it.
