The way the artist (I say artist as I have not an inkling of who created this) was able to merge the bold blue and black lines and the Minun to form a cosmetically appealing image was brilliant. The techno background adds an unusual, subtle flare to the banner. And the bold outline around Minun makes him pop out. The signature is well organized overall. Props.

CandleReaper: I like the organization. Its a rather simple sig, but it looks meaningful, and the sprite is pretty fluid for being a repeated trainer entering sprite. 7.85/10

Banner above though, 4/10.
Lighting is poor, text is a bit hard to read, just a standard image with no effects put on it. I like how you've tried to format the border in a cool way but it just doesn't compensate enough for the rest of the piece. The text underneath doesn't suit either.

4.5/10 - The dandelions are pretty, but the saturation is just waaay too high on the banner even for me, someone who likes bright colors. The text on the banner looks rather bland and low quality, and the purple of Togetic and Espeon seems rather at odds witht he ultra-bright red and orange of the background. The text beneath the banner does match it quite well though.
