4th Gen "Hit me with your best shot" Challenge

Armorandonomon, take a Lickilicky (I like to think of it as having the silliest name in the entire of pokemon :P) Call it Bertie. The Lickitung you catch has to be male, must always know lick (as soon as you reach Pastoria for the move relearner) and can only learn Rollout and evolve once another pokemon attempts to comfuse or attract it and it fails due to Lickitung's ability, and Lickitung then solos said pokemon. You cannot have one of your own pokemon try to confuse or attract it in a double battle.

I'm on HG and want pokemon in the Kanto Dex that have a letter repeated three times or more in their name (if there are less than 6 pokemon with this characteristic, sorry). I'm fine with any restrictions, other than the rule where the pokemon has to be at the front of the team. I've just gone through that in a scramble challenge and it really annoyed me throughout the challenge. Other than that, go wild

Togepi can only evolve after using encore on a pokemon using quick attack, and Togetic can only evolve after soloing one of the Team Galatic admins.

Eh, I suppose I will try on Pearl. I have access to Heart Gold and Fire Red for supplies. The theme is everything has to have an 80 Power move, a 95 power move, a 40 power priority move, and a status move. Fire away! (Pun intended.)
I will start with my only unused starter, the Piplup of mass destruction.

If this is possible, I want to change the move restrictions to an 80 power move, a 90 to 100 power move, a 40 power priority move, and a status move. When I say status move, I mean any move that doesn't attack.

*All pokemon must be Pokemon of the same species as one owned by an important anime character (i.e. one that travels with Ash) at some point in their evolutionary line (i.e. a Raichu).
*They must all be able to evolve at some point before E4, and while additional challenges are permited, nothing overly difficult or problematic.
*Only one pokemon may be given per person.
*Creativity is encouraged, and I need a relatively balanced team.

-Weezing. Must know Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, and its other two moves must have been known by James' Weezing.
-Sudowoodo with Mimic. Must Mimic a Gym Leader's TM move in order for me to use it.
-Horsea. Must solo Jasmine to evolve.
-Haunter named Spookz. Must know Mean Look.
-Pineco knowing Spikes and Gyro Ball. Must be from Ilex forest and solo Whitney's Clefairy to evolve.

crobatman, take a Kricketune. Give it a nickname based on any famous singer of your choice, so long as it matches the gender. On that note, if your Kricketune is male, the only bug move it can have, and must keep, is X-scissor. If female, Bug Buzz. As such, it must be the first Kricketot you find. And being related to sound, it must keep one of the following "sound" moves: Growl, Sing, Screech, or Perish Song. Evolve as normal.

So far my platinum pokemon theme with no hair has given me:
-Magnemite, with sonicboom. Can I evolve it? or is that just part of the challenge?
- Kricketune, with restrictions depending on whether it is male or female.
