Eh, I suppose I will try on Pearl. I have access to Heart Gold and Fire Red for supplies. The theme is everything has to have an 80 Power move, a 95 power move, a 40 power priority move, and a status move. Fire away! (Pun intended.)
I will start with my only unused starter, the Piplup of mass destruction.

If this is possible, I want to change the move restrictions to an 80 power move, a 90 to 100 power move, a 40 power priority move, and a status move. When I say status move, I mean any move that doesn't attack.

*Creativity is encouraged, and I need a relatively balanced team.

crobatman, take a Kricketune. Give it a nickname based on any famous singer of your choice, so long as it matches the gender. On that note, if your Kricketune is male, the only bug move it can have, and must keep, is X-scissor. If female, Bug Buzz. As such, it must be the first Kricketot you find. And being related to sound, it must keep one of the following "sound" moves: Growl, Sing, Screech, or Perish Song. Evolve as normal.

crobatman, take a Muk. It must not have any moves that do more than 1/2 damage to a Gengar. In other words, it can only have Normal, Bug, Poison, Grass, Ground, or Fighting moves. Not only that, Normal, Bug, Ground, and Fighting moves must be special or non-damaging and Poison, and Grass moves must be physical or non-damaging.

I still need 3 more Pokemon for my challenge. The restrictions are on page 2-3.

Togepi can only evolve after using encore on a pokemon using quick attack, and Togetic can only evolve after soloing one of the Team Galatic admins.

KK im bored. Give me from plat. No evolutionary stones or set places to evolve unless u suggest eevee. No repeat types. No repeat colors. No 4x weaknesses. Must be owned by a magor/minor character in the anime or a rivel. At least one move from the anime for each pokemon. Each person can suggest no more than 3 pokemon. No legendaries. Wont trade. Happiness evolution is ok. Give nicknames (must be funny but makes sense). Only easy to get tms (get from gyms and stores). No hard to get pokemon like underground or honey trees.

To evolve from Wurmple, it must be hit by String Shot 6 times.

To evolve from Silcoon, it must be hit by a slicing attack 3 times- either Scratch, Fury Cutter or Fury Swipes. (wild Pokemon who have this include Psyduck and Kricketune if you want a hint)
