Seems good enough for me, though I would try and edit out some of the speed tiers that don't matter. Ninjask for example isn't even in the top 120 on PO's usage stats. Shiftry and Kabutops are both around the 170's. Not a threat at all. +1 Ditto for all extents and purposes does not exist since no one will use Ditto unless its Eccentric. For things like "306 +0 [Max Speed base 90s)" I would recommended giving examples of things in that tier or, if there aren't any, just removing the tier entirely.

Otherwise this is well done. Good job!

I've kept the ones that you have mentioned as it is still a potential threat. Remember that there are a number of pokes in the tier that just havenm't been tried due to the lack of theorymonners or good players. Ditto was just a joke so I put it in there just for the laughs.

Fair enough I guess, but if a speed tier isn't actually used it seems pointless to mention. It doesn't hurt to give examples.

Min speed base 90 for example you could list defensive Groudon (though it can run some speed IIRC) or Cro Kyogre. For base 100s you could put in Salamence, Jirachi or whatever. It looks nicer and is actually more helpful then just listing a random speed tier without advice on what it actually is.

For example, when EVing a defensive Heatran knowing what actually resides in the min speed base 90s is the difference between putting 104 EVs in Speed or Special Defense. If Kyogre was the only thing that was in that tier I wouldn't bother, but if Groudon was giving me trouble I might decide to put those EVs in speed.


Edit: I might merge this with the OU speed tiers, like we did for 4th gen.

I'm extremely new to competitive pokemon but am extremely interested in getting more involved. Would someone be kind enough to be my mentor or at least give me some pointers in private messages? I would greatly appreciate it.

Blaziken should probably be added to the list, and I'm not just saying that because he's my favorite Pokemon. Blaze is actually a prominent threat in Ubers. He's pretty common too, sitting at #17 on Smogon's Rated Uber ladder since the last statistic update. It would probably be best to only note Blaziken's speed at +1 and +2 speed, since +0 isn't much to worry about and outspeeding +3 or more is nearly hopeless.
