Absol, Sceptile, Blaziken, Latios, Flygon, Salamence, Shiftry, Sharpedo, Lunatone...I have a lot of favourites from this generation, lol. I could go on but I'll stop there.
But if this is about who is the best competitively, well, other than the Ubers (Rayquaza, Deoxys, which are obviously the best overall) I would say Salamence, Metagross, Swampert and maybe Milotic.

My favourite Hoenn Pokemon is Wingull. I found one recently on Sapphire, and was reminded of Pelipean- the Peliper I used in Emerald, and how I planned to train it just as a Wingull. The nostalgia still stands.
