When MW3 first came out and I used the FMG9 akimbos, it was no problem to pull them out early because when I spawn I usually switch to my secondary to run faster anyway.

i'm so used to pulling out my secondary every life, even if i'm not running dual fmg9s. i did it in black ops with the equipment claymores and c4 since they pull out pretty slow the first time and faster the second time, and being able to quickly pull them out when you need them most has saved my *** so many times.

Similar happened with the releases of Battlefield 3 and Halo: Reach. Activision are likely just trying to knock their sales off the fence as early as possible.

That only works in Treyarch games, where gun speed is connected to what gun is currently out, in IW games it goes by what primary you had when you spawned, so pistols don't increase your run speed.

I know, but it's still a habit of mine to pull it in and out a few times when I spawn.

I also cannot wait until BLOPS II. Reading the article on that site, it mentions Co-op and something about being able to drive helicopters regularly and in a different way than past COD's. I guess it is safe to assume that Treyarch are really pulling out all of the stops to making this COD different to all of the others. That means it will either be the best, or the worst imo.

That's what we think about every new Call of Duty but they always end up disappointing us.

That's how it has been with every COD except Mw3. It had a month at most before people hated it. This is the only one I've completely stopped playing for a period of time on several occasions.

Speaking of which, I played Mw3 today for the first time in a few weeks, and it was ok. I got a MOAB and other than some lag and Seatown campers, it was overall pretty enjoyable.

I was thinking about playing MW3 today after going more than a month without touching it. I don't think 'd get a MOAB but I'm pretty sure I'd run into tons of corner campers.
