dont play either, ones a hacker paradise (based on my opinion) and the other is a garbage dlc, but I will be playing Black Ops2

MW2 isn't too badly hacked. It's main problem is that the quickscopers finally asserted dominance over tubers.

Noobtubers are way worse than quickscopers. Also, I find that there are more quickscopers in MW3 than in MW2, probably because there are more people playing MW3.

I just reached Level 40 on Black Ops. I enjoyed the double XP Weekend. This evening, i played SnD. Most of the time on Nuketown and Firing Range. Im currently on Prestige 3. The next 10 levels are going to be painfull before i Prestige again.

Every time I would plkay SnD in MW2 I would always be in a lobby full of "Quickscopers" and I would be the only one using a normal gun. lol. I would be going like 15-2 and such.

I'd had an offer for 2 months of XBL gold for $2 on my dashboard for a while, saving it for an occasion like this. When I went to use it, it was changed to a different offer, so I ended up not being able to get it.

I was annoyed at first, then started thinking. Even with it being half off, it still would've cost $45 for them all (4 from Black Ops, 2 from MW3), which still seems like a lot, especially since I care mostly about the zombies maps and spec ops missions.

I don't know- does anyone else think the DLC is kind of expensive?

Personally, DLCs should not cost anything. It's just the game developers trying to milk you for more money. "Oh, hey, I just spent $60 dollars on a game to spend $20 dollars on content! WOO!"

Yeah. At the very least old maps should be free. We already bought those maps with the old games, so why pay for it again? Hopefully Terminal is a step in the right direction.

Yeah, so far just Terminal. It is coming out on July 17th for Elite Members and July 18th for non-Elite Members, for free. This is just the Xbox date, but PS3 and PC will probably be like a month later.

I used to get my DLC by going into a friends account (who bought the maps) and downloading there for free. But now I dont think it works 'cuz Elite.

Well, I've haven't really felt that way with DLC for other games (but I've just started downloading things recently), but the stuff for CoD gave me that impression. I guess if people are still buying them, they don't really have a reason to lower the prices.

In general, I'm fine with DLC having some cost, but I'm thinking it should be more proportional to the game cost. Like MW3 is $60, and one DLC pack for it is $15. So that DLC the should have approximately the same content as 1/4 of the original game.

So on MW3 I played on outpost with the Barrett and got a 12 pointstreak (it was the first time i had fun with a sniper and outpost)

There's also the GameStop pre order bonuses. So far we have Wave 1 and Wave 2 unlocked and won't get Wave 3 until August (I'm pretty sure it unlocks on the 1st) and the last Wave on October. Honestly I really don't care about the pre-orders because I don't want to pre-order it. I still wonder what Wave 3 and 4 will be.
