Im close to getting the AA-12 golden. I started using the M 16 recently and got it to over 14, I even go a 58 kill game without even noticing until the end. I was using specialist too.

I don't even think I ever got a 58 kill game, but my most was probably close to 50 on Black Ops. Whenever I get a decent amount of kills, it's usually accompanied by close to the same amount of deaths. I don't care about KDR, but I still want to do good. I don't even get 30 kill games sometimes, which might be why I'm ranking up slowly, unless 4 days is good for 3rd Prestige Level 71.

16 days?! Wow, you must have played it a lot! I've seen some people that have like 20 days on CoD games and then they are usually the highest prestige, or close to it. I'm at about 5 days in Black Ops, but I mostly play Zombies with friends.

I wasn't good on my 2nd CoD...which was Black Ops

But as you all know, I hate that game

I think the most killss i've had is 80 on black ops though in demolition, but I got like 60 deaths too

I think my best game was in CoD4 ffa, when I went 25-2 on Countdown

But as for K/D, I don't care about mine on any of the games, but mw2 it's about 0.78, on black ops it's like 0.83, and on mw3 it's like 0.95

Mine has been lingering between 0.93 and 0.97 in mw3 for about 7 months now, eh well

best score i've gotten in a game would probably be cod4 gw domination on strike, went 73-11. i've had a couple 90 kill games on black ops nuketown demolition but those don't really count.

MW3 is my second and Black Ops was my first, and my KDR went up by 0.8 from BO to MW3. Even though my KDR in MW3 is better, I still like BO more and I do a lot better than I do in MW3 whenever I go back and play it.

I've had some 50+ games on CoD4 when havin like 11 deaths but nothin really as good as 73-11

My highest scoring game is on Black Ops. 70-something kills. Don't remember the gamemode, but it was probably Demolition on Nuketown, and as Cometk said, that's no real accomplishment so it doesn't count.

Next up is a game I just got a view weeks ago, it was COD4 GW Domination on Backlot, I got 68 kills and 3 deaths. It was using the naked M14 I believe. Wish I got one more kill.

Yes bunch of ppl assume your bad. Back in black ops ppl with mics would say that I sucked, now people check my KD to see exactly how good I am. In black ops 2 my KD will be much lower. Im going to estimate and say 1.20

I think everyone's KD will go a little closer to 1 in BO2 since they actually tried to make the guns and perks and streaks balanced and since it's all new stuff I'm thinking it will take people who average a 2 KD until after the game's era is up and IW's game (hopefully NOT MW4...) to get super high KD's. Thats how it was for me in black ops, now I get 8 KD games but I still haven't hit a 2 KD

I don't see how balanced guns will affect KD ratios. Beast players will still have high KDs. And the Ghost *****es that sit in corners will have lower ones.

And I'm not even buying the next IW game. It could be the best COD ever, and I won't get it.

Balanced guns definitely will affect the KD's. Using an ACR on MW3, I get kills laughably easy. Its almost terrible how overused the ACR / MP7 are. I know I had a 1.2 KD with my current classes, and then I started using a Riot Shield for kicks (actually pretty fun), and saw my KD drop to about 1.18. Its not more of a matter of A-> B, its more of an A+B+C -> D. Skill, Weapon Choices, and Opponent give the KD IMO.

if, theoretically, every gun was perfectly balanced in bo2, the noticable skill gap would be more pronounced. think:

theoretical unbalanced past cod:
good player + good gun = above average k/d
good player + bad gun = slightly above average k/d
bad player + bad gun = below average k/d
bad player + good gun = slightly below average k/d

theoretically balanced future cod:
good player + average gun = above average k/d
bad player + average gun = below average k/d

bo2 k/d ratios (assuming perfect gun balance) won't change dramatically because, in previous cod games, it's not as if all good players use the best guns and all bad players use the worst guns. there's definitely some discrepancy there. some good players will use bad guns and some bad players will use good guns. it just means skill becomes a more visible factor.

You seemed to have gotten overused and overpowered mixed up. Just because people have a KD of over 1.50 doesn't mean they just camp and use the MK14. And also MW3 is probably one of the best games that's been able to make most guns balanced. The MK14 requires accuracy to use. The type95 and M16 are more balanced now. If you want to use them you need accuracy as well. You can't just spray *****s with them.

Edit: JB, that isn't true kds/stats are actually the 2ND best way you can see how good a player is. The first of course is playing a few games with them. They show if the player is consistent or not.

agreeing with *iz* here, k/d definitely accounts for something and to say it doesn't is wholly false. if a player can hold a 3.00 k/d there's something to be said for his skill and knowledge of the game. admittedly, yes, there are better ways to see how good a player is (actually playing with them, their score per minute), but to disregard k/d entirely is foolish.

i know but treyarch can nerf the guns and the attatchments (fastmag quickdraw) and stuff, plus KD is inaccurate, so many boosters in 2v2 face off for KD its craaaazy dude. plus people will camp just to keep up a high KD. Honestly KD is probably one of the only reasons there are campers, people don't wana have a low KD so they put on ghost and hide in a corner, imo they should remove KD i know no one will agree but whatever
