For Aloe, I think Tepig and either Snivy, Mamepato or Meguroko will be used, since the battle is probably going to be 2 on 2. This is what is hard though, speculating on a 2 on 2 battle from a field of 6 Pokémon.

I think after Ash beats Miruhoggou, he'll use Tepig against Yooterii, Yooterii will evolve and win. Then, either Pokabu would evolve before the second match or will train and beat Harderia in the rematch. Pokabu evolving seems unlikely, although it would mean Chaobuu would debut in the anime. It is the only Pokémon from tghe BW Opening that we don't know the episoe where it will debut.

Well Chaoboo can appear in any of the episodes prior to the gym battle, I'd say BW013 is the best chance of it appearing via Belle.

Also, if they stick to what they have been doing with the opening, Chaoboo will appear before any more new Pokemon appear. If Miruhog and Yooterii appear before Chaoboo then it messes everything up with the opening.

No offence to you, but I'm 100% hoping that this scenario won't happen. Mamepato losing and then gets switched for Snivy? Switch it with Pikachu, and have Mamepato get a win, and then I would love it.

And as someone posted, I hope we get to see more Pokemon, owned by the Gym Leaders, and thus creating more chances for Ash's Pokemon to battle. Aloe should definatly use Buffalon, Chillaccino and Shikijika. At least that's some variety instead of her in-game team, which has Miruhog and Haderia. Yeah, any team that has a Bibarel wannabe, has got to suck. Okey, Miruhog doesn't have this weird face like Bibarel does, so I guess the wannabe beats the original.

Pokabu vs Miruhogu - Miruhogu uses a crippling Confuse Ray Hypnosis combination and defeats Pokabu with a powerful Retaliation.
Tsutarja vs Miruhogu - Tsutarja tries Attract but Miruhogu is a female it manages to pull of its crippling Confuse Ray Hypnosis combination off again. And it easily takes Tsutarja out with a surprise Flamethrower.

Ash vs Aloe(2nd Attempt)
Pikachu vs Haderia - The newly evolved Haderia gives Pikachu a run for its money after Haderia lands a few Aerial Ace's it takes Statics effect. Pikachu takes the time to take Haderia out with Iron Tail to the head while it's paralyzed.
Pikachu vs Miruhogu - Pikachu lands a Quick Attack on Miruhogu right off the bat however it's not long before Miruhogu manages to catch Pikachu with Hypnosis it manages to take the mouse down with Retaliation.
Tsutarja vs Miruhogu - Realizing Attract will not have any effect on Miruhogu Tsutarja tries Vine Whip but Miruhogu easily dodges. And lands a Retaliation on Tsutarja and follows it up with Hypnosis. Tsutarja falls a sleep and is asleep while Miruhogu prepares to take down Tsutarja with a Flamethrower like before however the Grass type wakes up just in time after Ash begs it to wake up and lands Leaf Blade on Miruhogu. Miruhogu tries Hypnosis again but Tsutarja uses Vine Whip on the ground to knock dust in the Normal types eyes. Tsutarja then finishes Miruhogu off with a powerful Leaf Storm.

Tepig Vs Hoiiga- Tepig keeps increasing his speed with Nitro Charge until Hoiiga can't hit Tepig at all. Ash commands Nitro Charge again, but before Tepig hits Hoiiga uses Protect knocking Tepig backwards. While Tepig is recovering Hoiiga uses screech and then jumps in the air to hit Tepig with a Poison Tail. Ash then tells Tepig to use Ember but then it is blocked again by Protect. Ash then recalls Tepig.

Hatooboo Vs Hoiiga- Hatooboo begins by using an Aerial Ace but it is blocked by Protect. Hoiiga uses Screech again and then another Poison Tail but Ash tells Hatooboo to dodge using quick attack. This catches Arti off guard and Hatooboo lands a Aerial Ace successfully. Hoiiga then tries to hit Hatooboo using Poison Tail repeatedly but Hatooboo keeps dodging with Quick Attack. Hatooboo then uses a Gust/Air Cutter combination and takes out Hoiiga.

Oshawott Vs Ishizumai- Arti sends Ishizumai out and Ash recalls Hatooboo knowing that it can use rock type moves. Ash sends out Oshawott and commands a Water Gun. Again Arti commands a Protect attack to block the Water Gun. Ash commands a Tackle attack and Ishizumai uses Knock Down to overpower the Tackle attack and knocks Oshawott into the air. Ishizumai then uses Insect Opposition and hits Oshawott midair. Ash recalls Oshawott.

Tepig Vs Ishizumai- Ash starts off by increasing Tepigs speed again using Nitro Charge and then to attack Ishizumai. Arti orders a Protect and just like before knocks Tepig back. Ishizumai then uses an Insect Opposition and then an X- Scissor. Tepig only has one last move left and uses Ember but it is blocked with Protect and then Ishizumai uses Knock Down to finish Tepig off.

Oshawott Vs Ishizumai- Oshawott uses Water Gun once more that is blocked by Protect. Ash then quickly commands a Shell Blade and hits Ishizumai with a critical hit. Ishizumai goes all out offensive and attacks with an X- Scissor and then a Knock Down. Oshawott uses Water Gun from the air to hit Ishizumai before it can use an Insect Opposition. Oshawott lands and finishes Ishizumai with another Shell Blade.

Oshawott Vs Hahakomori- Ash wants to recall Oshawott but Oshawott refuses and wants to battle. Oshawott uses Water Gun but it is gracefully dodged by Hahakomori who then uses a Razor Leaf attack to hit Oshawott. Ash then knows that water type moves won't do much so he commands a Tackle attack. Oshawott hits but it looks as though Hahakomori is trained well and doesn't seem affected. Hahakomori uses Insect Opposition to finish Oshawott off.

Final Battle: Hatooboo Vs Hahakomori- Hatooboo starts off with an Aerial Ace but Arti surprises Ash and tells Hahakomori to also use Protect. Ash can't believe that Hahakomori also knows Protect and has to get around it's protection once again. Arti then commands a Razor Leaf and Ash counters by using Hatooboo's Gust attack to blow it away and hit Hahakomori as well. Hatooboo then uses a follow up Quick Attack but Hahakomori recovers fast and uses a lightning fast Leaf Blade to strike Hatooboo. Hatooboo uses Air Cutter but it is deflected by another Protect. Arti commands another Insect Opposition to damage Hatooboo, but Ash counters with an Aerial Ace. Arti then tells Ash that Hatooboo might be strong but his Hahakomori is stronger. Hahakomori then uses a Leaf Blade to collide with Aerial Ace. Hatooboo's ability, Super Luck, activates and explodes as the two attacks collide. After the smoke disappears Hahakomori is unable to battloe while Hatooboo is flying high! The winner of the match is the challenger Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town! Ash then recieves the Beetle Badge and Arti tells him that he deserves it because he has raised his Pokemon well.

And why can't it? Caterpie evolved in one episode and Wurmple evolved relatively quickly. I don't expect Kurumiru to stick around for very long.
