Default Unova's gone Underground. BT Team.

    Uxie@Choice Scarf
    Calm/Levitate
    252 HP/252 Spd/4 Def
    -Trick
    -Thunder Wave
    -Flash
    -U-turn

U-turn is for getting away from Mean Looks, Wobbufets and Shanderra.

    Metagross@Life Orb
    Adamant/Clear Body
    252 Atk/252 HP/4 Spdef
    -Agility
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Punch

Well I'm now using an Adamant Metagross rather than Impish, turns out my previous 'Adamant' Metagross was actually Hasty which is probably why I didn't find it as bulky as it should be.

    Suicune@Leftovers
    Bold/Pressure
    252 HP/52 Def/200 Spdef/4 Spatk
    -Surf/Boiling Water
    -Ice Beam
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

    or

    Milotic@Leftovers
    Bold/Marvel Scale
    252 HP/252 Def/4 Spatk
    -Boiling Water/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Recover
    -Dragon Pulse/Hypnosis/Calm Mind

Suicune requires Pokéshifting and a HeartGold restart. He has better defences overall but Milotic has Recover which opens up a slot for an Attack or setup.Milotic requires trading/a lot of fishing though. I'm leaning towards Suicune for the time being.
And so ends my first BT team.

For the BF, maybe you should put Substitute somewhere in there, it protects against crits. E.G.

actually, feebas is really easy to catch in Unova (fishing in route 1), which is totally a worse name than the first one
