I'll try to help out as much as I can. My changes and suggestions will be in BOLD.

Poison Jab for a secondary STAB move. Thunderpunch over Thunderbolt due to Nidoking's higher Atk stat. Megahorn to hit Psychics or Ice Punch to hit Grass, both of which Nidoking is weak to. Ice Punch and Thunderpunch get great coverage as well.

    Magmortar lv 55

    flamethrower
    Thunderbolt
    Sunny Day
    solarbeam

Thunderbolt to hit Water types. I've included Sunny Day as it not only powers up Flamethrower, but Solarbeam doesn't need a turn to charge with it active. Hyper Beam and similar recharge moves are bad, as that turn it takes to recharge could hurt you.

    Electivire

    Thunder Punch
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Earthquake

Again, the Elemental Punches get awesome coverage. As a tip, each of your moves should be different types, so you can hit as many types for Super-Effective damage as possible.

    Gliscor lv 50

    Night slash
    Swords Dance
    X scissor
    Roost/Fire Fang/Thunder Fang

Stat boosters like Swords Dance can be more helpful than you think. A SD or two can boost your atk enough to give you more OHKOs when you need them. Roost heals damage, and the Elemental Fangs get awesome coverage.

    Dusknoir lv 52

    Will o Wisp
    Ice punch
    Shadow ball
    Payback

Not a bad moveset here, actually.

    dragonite lv 55
    Dragon Claw
    Aqua tail
    Fire Punch
    Dragon Dance

Dragon Claw is far more accurate than Dragon Rush. Aqua Tail is decent enough, although you might want to consider Waterfall in place of it. Waterfall has a chance of flinching and is slightly more accurate. Dragon Dance is similar to Swords Dance's function. And Fire Punch hits any Ice or Steel types you may run into.
    Hope I helped a bit.

    Gliscor@Life Orb
    Jolly
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Roost
    -Swords Dance

Aqua tail on dragonite might want to replaced by earthquake or roost but wtv.

    Magmortar@???
    Modest
    -Flamethrower
    -Focus Blast
    -Thunder Bolt
    -Psychic / Will o Wisp

The item can probably whatever you want. Sunny day option is fine, but it
may lower the moves of some pokemon on your team.

Your team isn't that bad except for a small quake edge weakness (4/6)

As a suggestion, why not put Brick Break on Dusknoir? It's super effective on Normal, Dark and Steel, all the types that Shadow Ball doesn't hit very hard. Since Dusknoir has decent attack, it should work
Ever wondered what it's like to battle like Ash? No?
How about Misty, Paul, Brock, Dawn, anybody from the anime?
