I will edit in other abilities when they are found out. Let me know if there are mistakes. Also I will underline the ones I feel will be most gamebreaking, and if there any more you think should be underlined then explain why. As of right now very few are underlined, (the most obvious ones.)

Let us all welcome Politoed to OU.

Blaziken steps out of Infernape's shadow with Speed Boost.

It unfortunately doesn't help much with Staraptor. He'll get a bit more power with Brave Bird and Double Edge, but that's it.

Luxray with GUTS sounds great, and also is supposed to be getting a recoil physical electric move as well.

I'm just concerned that, for the cart players, Dream World Pokemon will be very difficult to get. I can only imagine what type of hurdles they'll make people go through to get some of the Legendary Pokemon on this list.

Honestly Politoed and Ninetails may rise to Uber unless perma-weather isn't as broken as it was last gen, unless of course they simply ban these certain DW abilities. Infernape had his four years of fame and it looks like Blaziken is dethroning him this time around. Also Shadow Tag on the Fire/Ghost is going to be Uber with ease unless they ban the ability. Either way we are looking at a very hyper offensive generation...Skarmory and friends will be lucky to make it to OU I think.

That ghost fire with shadow tag will be deadly. It can just switch in on a choiced move and set up forever.

I doubt politoed and ninetails will be uber though. Having 4 perma weathers in OU will be so fun!
Start playing ubers, not OU. Serebii needs more ubers players!

I know the abilities you all have mentioned are great, and will completely shift the Metagame as wek know it, but it seems as if everyone is ignoring the fact that Vaporeon got Hydration. In getting this, it out-classes Manaphy in every way.

Could we be seeing the first ever Uber Eeveelution in Vaporeon?

Also, what about Technician on Breloom and Roserade?

Most people think Mach Punch with Breloom...I'm thinking there is finally a use for Bullet Seed.

And Mega Drain behind Technician on Rosey is also something to give some consideration, as well.

Also,m anybody else notice how big of a "F" You they gave to Seaking??? @_@

Some of these abilities are useless. No Guard will still be the ability for Machamp. And I think Seaking got what it needed for OU! XD (thanks for pointing that out, Jeyre80)

And I really don't think Vappy will be going Uber. Manaphy still had Tail Glow, Calm Mind, a better offensive movepool, and overall better stats. And Vappy's invaluable role as a Wish passer would be compromised if it were to run Rest over Wish in rain.

Blastoise: My an epic wall be on the way?
Vaporeon: Hello Ubers. Meet a tiny cat. Fish. Thing. It can sleep it's troubles away. I thought it was amazing you didn't underline this. It'll be invincible unless you can OHKO it.
Lanturn: Gunna be very Inpredictable. May move up to OU.
Cradily: Not amazing, but it is a powerful wall, and healing 1/8th a turn with leftovers is no laughing matter.
Armaldo: Gunna go straight to OU. In a Rain Team, he'll be epic. No doubt.
Breloom: Bullet Seed. Gunna KILL with it.

    In other News:
Anyone Gunna use Ononosku? I really like him. Sazando is epic too.

Someone who thinks like me. Manaphy > Vaporeon in Ubers. Vaporeon will always be screwed in Ubers thanks to Thunder, while Manaphy can Calm Mind until it laughs at Thunder.

Although, Vaporeon could be interesting in OU thanks to Politoed, unless, it's thrown into Ubers where it will be completely useless.

    Edit:
Looking at some of the new abilities. Blazekin will outclass Infernape now. It can run a similar movepool, to all the sets. But with more speed and power.
Infernape could run SD | Fire Punch | Thunder Punch | Mach Punch, I'm interested to see how that does.
Swampert has been made a better lead thanks to Damp.
    I have claimed Tangrowth.
He's all mine now, hands off.

Sorry but I lol'd. Because Vappy gets Tail Glow and Calm Mind with 100 speed right?

I'm raging that Beedrill got shitty Sniper over something awesome like Technician or Skill Link but whatever.

Drizzle Politoed/Drought Ninetales will definitely shake up OU. It's looking like mini-Ubers with all of the weather changing going on. We can only theorymon atm but OU will be a very different game in 5th gen.

Flash Fire Scarf Eruption Typhlosion will be fun to abuse, especially with easy spinning this gen.

    Oh god, that'd be hilarious.
    Imagine that in the Sunlight?
What if it got boosted by Cherrim?
In triple battles, a person could abuse two cherrim on groudon or Ninetales for a cruel, sick joke.

I like how Seedot got illusion and Squirtle got Rain Dish. I think it will really help them in battle.

Ah, that's too bad Shanderaa gets Shadow Tag, he's probably my favorite 5th gen Poke by design, but Shadow Tag really does break him.

Interesting new niche for Politoad and Ninetails....

I don't want to sound like a complete n00b by posting this, but has Shadow Tag always had the effect in bold?

"The opponent cannot run nor switch. If this Pokemon switches, the opponent will remain trapped. The opponent may still switch by using Baton Pass."

Found on Serebii. I don't remember Shadow Tag trapping them even when the trapper switches out. That just seems too unfair.

I know, I have a feeling Politoad'll be OU now, along with ninetales.
Rain and Sun teams will never be the same.
And it looks as though Rain and Sun teams will be made awesome.

Poison Heal Gliscor will be crap unless Black / White has a move tutor for Roost. I'm not giving up 50% instant heal and 20% Evasion for a status immunity and 6.25% extra health per turn.

I really hope Blaziken gets Swords Dance somehow. Swords Dance + Speed Boost leaves Blaziken with a TON of sweeping power. Did I mention High Jump Kick has 130 base power now? Yeah, suck it hard Infernape.

Too bad Regirock doesn't get Solid Rock, but at least I can hack one now with Solid Rock and no one will be able to tell if it has Sturdy or not.

Be afraid, be very afraid. For Seaking just got Lightningrod! (edit: "Lightningrod grants +1 sp.atk when hit by an electric move and negates the damage." A bit more useful than I thought.)
As long as Tyranitar is OU, Ninetales won't ever get above BL. I don't think Politoed will be as common either.

Also, these Pokémon can't get Egg Moves or 3rd/4th gen moves, right? So no Baton Pass Blaziken, no Wish Vaporeon and no Flare Blitz Entei?

    Hydration Luvdisc>Arceus

Plus Ampharos and Minus Manetric, eh? Well, beats Plusle and Minun. At least Gigigear has something decent to team up with.

Luvdisc is probably the worst pokemon anyone would consider using.

Swampert with Damp will be AWESOME!!!!

Also, on the Blaziken Infernape issue; Blaziken's base speed is still not so good, so it'll need a couple of turns to set up. Additionally, Blaziken cannot learn Nasty Plot, one reason Inferape is so popular. Maybe the physical Apes will be outclassed, but Nasty Plot Mixape will assure that Blaziken cannot take it's place in OU. Also, I'm pretty sure the only Grass move Blaziken has is Solarbeam, so unless you wanna run power herb, good luck dealing with Swampert and Hippowdon....

Politoed + Armaldo + Vaporeon = Rain dance team domination

    That is all.

Just remember that DampPert can't have Stealth Rock.

And imo Kabutops still outslasses Armaldo, with access to water stab, futher boosted in rain. As well as higher speed.

But Armaldo has STAB that gets rid of Grass-types, which give Rain Teams trouble occasionally, as well as taking out opposing Ludicolo that want to take advantage of the free Rain.
