couldn't you technically to get any pokemon prior to 5th gen "legit" -

download from pokecheck to your computer, then to gts to bypass ribbon. send it to your 4th gen game, then poke transfer to blackwhite/blackwhite2? sorry if this isnt trade related but i'm just trying to get a grasp on if anyone could get a legit clone that way
