I'd love to get a (preferably female) litwick(UT) perfect IV in Sp. attack, and hopefully in HP too.
I don't care about the attack stat, and the def, Sp. def, and speed are fine as long as they aren't junk stats.
I forgot to add, I'd like the nature to be modest. I'm willing to take calm,timid, and bold too.
